I felt a little nervous about getting this gait analysis (not sure why!) but it was such a great and enjoyable process. And we found the perfect shoes and left happy. Thanks again!

   Had a fantastic experience today buying my first proper running shoes. I completed C25K in July and since increasing distance I've had hip pain so wanted a gait analysis and shoe recommendation.    Had a great experience at Up & Running Leeds City Centre. Harry helped me with a gait analysis on the treadmill and brought out several pairs based on my needs. He identified supportive shoes and ended up going with a pair of ASICS. He was incredibly helpful, enthusiastic and kind throughout. Felt genuinely looked after. Highly recommend the store and Harry in particular if you’re new to running or want expert advice.

   I visited this store to purchase a new pair of trainers as I wanted to increase my running distance. I was firstly met by Amy - one of the staff members who was super helpful and spent around an hour helping me try on various pairs of shoes. She put me on the treadmill and did a gait analysis which uncovered a slight imbalance in my feet. This made me very nervous but Amy reassured me that this is common and after a few more try ons found a perfect pair of trainers for me - New Balance 880. I was very sceptical about spending so much money at first but my new trainers have been perfect, and I'm now much more comfortable with running longer distances. The whole experience was friendly, warm, and welcoming and I will definitely be visiting this store again for my next pair of running shoes.    Popped in to today to choose some trainers for my upcoming Half Marathon and couldn’t be more impressed with my experience. I was greeted and put at ease as soon as I walked in and the gentleman who helped me (sorry I didn’t ask for a name!) was patient, informative and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured. Highly recommend to anyone, especially if you are a beginner as the shop is not intimidating at all. Can’t wait to try out my new shoes!

   Really great service today. Got to try a few pairs on the running machine to find ones I liked. The chap who helped me (didn't catch his name) was super helpful and understood what I was looking for. Well worth a visit if you need some need running shoes or other running gear.

   I came into the store with my girlfriend to find her some shoes. We were met with brilliant service and lots of help and guidance, as she has certain requirements from having knee surgery and sensory needs. James served us and he was top notch! He was very understanding and was able to help us in no time at all! Easily recommend and will be coming back if we ever need any help!

   I bought some £100 trainers within no time and little use they holed in the toes. I got sympathy but no satisfaction when I complained. Great shop and staff but after sales needs urgent attention as buck passing isn’t good enough these days. I would have bought again without too much encouragement.
