   A huge thank you to the lovely ladies working today (13th August) who helped me find a gorgeous dress for York Races - the last one in the shop! Unfortunately, there was a button missing and as it was the last dress there wasn't another option. Not to worry! There was a lady on hand ready with her sewing kit who was able to fix the button in about 3 minutes and made a really good job of it. A really good experience and I'll definitely be back for more beautiful dresses - thanks again.

   Came in today with my mam and my nanna and got one of the green dresses in the window. Staff are all lovely. P.S., to whoever served my nanna and grandad (my nanna was the one with the dodgy bank card), it turns out the reason it wouldn't work was because she was using an expired one without realising.

   I popped into another store which didn’t have my jacket. The team were contacted at York designer outlet McArthurglen. Eve assisted me and was absolutely brilliant. Jacket arrived the next day with a lovely note. Eve you went above and beyond and I love my jacket thank you so much x

   My daughter and I visited the store to look for shoes to match a Hobbs outfit I had bought for her wedding. The two ladies working in the store were just lovely and gave the most fantastic customer service. They were charming, nothing was too much trouble for them and there was no pressure to buy - just genuine warmth and enthusiasm. They both shared our pleasure in finding exactly what we wanted - we left with the perfect shoes and are already planning our next visit

   Good shop with good stock, shame they have one exceptionally rude member of staff. The older lady with dyed orange/peach hair. She was extremely rude to me yesterday and even made my cry. I would never purchase from there. Such a shame because her colleague was polite and apologetic.

   What a lovely shop this is. Called here for a birthday visit for my daughter. They didnt have the item I wanted but I didn't expect them to with it being an outlet. However, the assistant was so helpful and ordered it from the store to be delivered free of charge to my home! This wouldn't have been possible if I had been ordering myself from the website as it was a low ticket item. Great customer service.
