   I arrived a full 10 minutes before closing and even asked a staff member where I should queue. I was told to stand in a specific queue, which I did. After waiting, I was then told I was in the wrong queue and that they wouldn’t give me my parcel because of it. So let me get this straight: I arrived on time, followed staff instructions, queued as told — and still left empty-handed. No apology, no effort to fix their own mistake, just flat refusal. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

   One person on the till on a Saturday is not good at the best of times let alone this near to Christmas. There was hardly any stock or sizes available (as well as online). The changing rooms were disgusting (dirty and unorganised) and full of men and women just dumping clothes all over. When I eventually found a worker they couldn’t be bothered to help. I queued for 30 minutes before being told returns had to go upstairs (no signs to point this out before hand) and could have been told by staff instead of queuing for 30 minutes. When I arrived upstairs to yet another queue, I did get served by a young lady who was very helpful and friendly.

   Went with my daughter got served by Rashida what a gem and her team . Smiley and friendly made us so comfortable ,helped us choose our outfit for our function. Didn’t need to look any furthur thank you so much rash for helping us choose our outfit. . Keep up the good work and keep smiling and will defo be coming in store again. Thank you once again.

   Good store apart from when we went the other day the store was basically empty so I left my boots by a seat whilst finding some shoes to try on. Went to put them back on to find they had gone missing. Finally, I found them behind some shoes in a section we hadn't looked in and it could only have been a member of staff that had put them there as there was nobody but 2 staff members around. Was disgusted! My shoes could not have been mistaken for a pair of New Look shoes as they were quite well worn!

   Not very big, with not much choice was very messy when we visited took a while for us to find what we needed. Also noticed no mens options in this store which is abit of a let down. In future think I will prefer to visit the trinity Leeds shop or Broadway Bradford to be able to complete my shopping trip in one trip.

   Big shop with lots of clothes but unfortunately it is seems manufacturing hands have been changed as jeans and a few other items don't fit the way they used to.
