“Visited today looking at prams. Charlie was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable, he spent the time to talk us through different prams including demonstrations. Nothing was too much trouble and he was conscious and thoughtful about our feelings as new parents that we may get overwhelmed. Truly a delight and you can tell he loves what he does. Thank you!”

“I do not understand why I was waiting so long to visit the shop. I may feel embarrassed and old school so I had many obstacles to let someone help me find the best bra. I finally came to visit the shop as I was suffering for extreme back pain and my physio therapist told me I need to change bra because all others I had were holding my breast on my arms. When I came to shop I was surprised that Edyta and Kasia welcomed me with positive smile, I felt like home and I decided I am in good hands. After brief conversation we started to fit bras… I could not believe they actually had my size! And guess what bras look amazing! Modern look absolutely beautiful! When untried first one I felt difference around my arms, my bra was fitted perfectly and it was holding breast where it should be. Believe me first time since 20 years I felt relieved. “This John Lewis has five floors of quality products ranging from clothes to carpets. Their home section is particularly impressive with a large selection of beds and mattresses. Staff are on hand to provide services such as upholstery and design consultations, and you're able to try the mattresses in store, with appropriate covid things in place. Altogether it's a great store. They have lots of sale items in store too.”

“Well stocked with plenty of range, Couldn't find an item I was looking for but a member of staff was happy to point me in the right direction. There are plenty of fitting rooms which were clean. Although there was quite a queue the staff were great at serving customers efficiently so it didn't feel like you were waiting for long. Given it was busy staff seemed to be good at keeping the stock off the floor and restocking.”
