Popped in today, saw a really nice gentleman named Richard! He couldn't help enough, true gentleman. The team have always been super helpful and happy to help, credit to the company.
This has always been my favourite charity shop in Castleford, I’ve shopped in here since I was 12 years old and always found great choice, very tidy and clean. Today I was harassed by another customer, a total stranger, shouting at me ‘if I am going to put things on eBay I had better be donating a portion to charity’. My boyfriend has seen some ‘Calvin klein’ cargo trousers but we were checking whether they were fake (we suspect they were but that’s fine). We ignored her first comments, for her to then bother me while I was looking at dresses and shout the same remark. I had to raise my voice at her, explained what we were doing and ask her to leave us alone. The staff members did not care, and when I asked why they didn’t intervene they claimed they hadn’t heard anything. The rest of the shop was looking so they definitely did. Very disappointed from the usually helpful staff.
Very unwelcoming staff. One of the staff was displaying some very strange behaviour towards my 4 year old daughter. Would not visit again :0(

Went in to Scope, usually lovely service but I was deeply saddened by what I saw today. The manager of the store was talking very abrupt and sarcastic to an employee or worse still a volunteer who had disabilities. She then continued to moan about the worker to a customer she knew. Telling him she couldn't wait until another worker there had finished her break so she could send the disabled volunteer in to the back because he's useless and slow. I'm so disappointed with the behaviour of the manager and will be putting in a formal complaint but just wanted to make everyone else aware of the kind of staff they put in charge. This incident has deeply upset me.
