“Served in the fragrance counter by the amazing Grace !!! 100% needs a raise. Went in with three points; unisex, vanilla, not too sweet. Grace showed us the scent at the counter she was manning but when she saw that we weren't fully satisfied, walked us to another counter and sprayed the scent that literally was exactly what we wanted. Saved us 40 minutes and ensured it wasnt a wasted journey. A scent we wouldn't have even noticed otherwise and she knew exactly what we needed. Honestly would've tipped if I could!! Thank you so much Grace.”

“Visited the store today with my husband to buy a white shirt for a wedding which is Friday.we was approached by a lovely young lady who was so helpful trying to find us the right size checking every shirt possible and offering advice to try and get us what we needed.she was so professional and patient till eventually found him the right shirt,she made our shopping experience easy and less stressful,she is an asset to the store and especially as she was very young.her name was Elysia. “Visited today to have a bra fitting. Age 25, I felt nervous and embarrassed by not knowing my size. Grace was absolutely amazing. She made me feel at ease, was very supportive of my feelings towards different styles of bra and didn’t pressure me to purchase anything that wasn’t right for me / that I didn’t want. She listened to my concerns over tightness and explained sister sizes, meaning I was able to adjust to my comfort but still have a bra that fits. She is welcoming, friendly, bubbly and so good at her job. She was my own hype woman and made me feel so good. She’s a credit to the store and I now feel super comfortable and confident getting a bra fitted.”
