   Great service from Mia who helped me find a perfect bra. One star knocked off, however, due to the cashier who felt the need to disparagingly comment to her colleague that I was from Birmingham, as overheard by the relative I was with who was browsing at the time!

   All the staff were amazing; patient, kind, approachable, knowledgeable and most importantly - inclusive and accessible. I rang the store first to know what to expect, and spoke with Hannah who informed me of the process and reassured me they’d be able to help. In store she then served me and was just superb, she knew which styles to recommend from my shape, and helped me with nursing wear, swim wear and gym wear, even pointing me in the right direction of a brand they carried as she knew they’d have more colour options for what I wanted. Fantastic service! Very expensive but you get what you pay for I believe is the phrase. Would recommend all day long!

   I visited the Solihull branch of Bravissimo today on the off chance they could fit me in for a fitting. The whole experience was amazing. They got me in straight away, I was then greeted by my fitter, Tamara, who showed me to the fitting room. She was fantastic at her job, so enthusiastic and encouraging, professional, but also really easy to talk to! Tamara got my size spot on, and although the bras she brought me fit perfectly, they were not my style, she immediately went away and got me a whole range!!! I found my perfect bras from this pile and ended up going away with two! Everyone was so helpful but a massive thank you to Tamara who made my experience 10x better! I will be going back and I definitely recommend!

   Made me feel super comfortable as soon as I entered the shop, every single lady I came across was super helpful and friendly - I was apprehensive of getting measured after loosing 3 stone and still getting used to my new body/shape. Jess carried out the fitting and was absolutely amazing. I also received wonderful service at the till but so sorry I didn't catch the ladies name. Wonderful experience and will definitely be back (Solihull is not my closest Bravissimo store but would prefer to travel further for great service) x

   I went to Bravissimo today to find a nursing bra and bikinis. Janie(I hope I remember correct!) made me feel absolutely amazing throughout the fitting and we indeed found the perfect products for me. I felt comfortable, heard, understood and looked after. The rest of the team are friendly and professional as well. I have been to Brighton and Birmingham Bravissimo before and they are all very welcoming. I'd say Janie from Solihull Bravissimo is the cherry on top though!
