   Such a great layout to the store, can easily find what you're looking for. Changing rooms have ample amount of room and are kept neat and tidy. I love to have a mooch at this Next in particular. Had to wait a while for change when paying with cash, not the fault of the workers but I appreciated their apologies for the wait and made pleasant small talk. I'm always tempted to purchase something in there!

   Visited the store today with my husband to buy a white shirt for a wedding which is Friday.we was approached by a lovely young lady who was so helpful trying to find us the right size checking every shirt possible and offering advice to try and get us what we needed.she was so professional and patient till eventually found him the right shirt,she made our shopping experience easy and less stressful,she is an asset to the store and especially as she was very young.her name was Elysia. Thankyou so much

   You phone line is pathetic When I phone you to check an item is in store I don't expect to speak to someone in a foreign country who had no clue about this country. I asked for an item at merry hill she said she would look for a store near me and came up with EDINBURGH not to close Needless to say I won't be shopping a next.

   Come on Next! Absolutely fab store but get someone to clean the changing rooms! The dust balls all over floor just tells me that staff don't really care. There also needs to be consistency. I need coathangers. Last time I shopped there the cashier was more than happy to give me coathangers thid time he eventually gave me kne as i had bought a blazer. If i had had anothee chouce in a different store i would havd take it but i didn't. Biggest bug bear....i bought a bright white tshirt and was very careful to place on top of other garment when i put on desk. Cashier bagged other garment first and dragged white tshirt over sales desk to put in bag. Come on...train your staff to have common sense and respect for customer and clothing....it's these little finishing touches that mean we return more regularly.

   During my visit I needed to find a blanket in particular. It was listed as in stock online but I couldn’t find it. Melody, Louise and Paige were absolutely amazing. They went through a lot of effort to find the blanket for me and were all very kind whilst doing so. They’re a credit to the store and very pleasant to deal with. The perfect example of amazing customer service.

   Nice and spacious. Visited many times. Excellent customer service and clean layout. Never got stuck in ques unlike some other Next branches. Next is usually my entrance point to Merry Hill.

   Store looks great, but there's no range of sizes at all. No size 34 in most of the mens shorts, and the difference between a 32 and a 34 was huge. Changing rooms were a mess with clothes strewn everywhere, completely unstaffed, some used for storing cardboard boxes, and kids running riot. Not a relaxing shopping experience.

   Not enough staff for size of store. Yesterday whilst in the store browsing we found an armchair in the Next sale we wanted to purchase and takeaway. However there only seemed to be two staff members working in the entire home department who were helping other customers. After waiting 20 minutes I decided to try find anyone who could help me in another department and after a few minutes I found a very helpful and willing to assist staff member, who then had to leave her department unattended. Paid for the item and was told that I needed to collect the item before 8 pm that day. I returned to the store with my car an hour later and then had the same experience again of waiting 15 minutes before someone allowed me to remove the chair from the display. I was also disappointed that the store did not have people or equipment to offer to help move the item safely to my car. We are very happy with the product and this review is not aimed at the individual staff, as they were all very busy, but for a store that sells everything in the Next range and on a payday Saturday, I would of expected more staff and a better customer experience.

   I've found this store and next in general a breath of fresh air. The staff are polite, easy going and returns were made super quick. I returned a coat too small and In the space of 2 minutes staff had refunded me, exchanged it and been to the racks to get a new one/bigger size. This happened a second time when returning a coat as well. Super fast polite service in and out in 5 minutes.
