“Went to an 80's night recently , first time we've been to Brierley Hill civic hall. It was absolutely brilliant. Big dancefloor, great crowd of people, staff all friendly and helpful, and toilets absolutely spotless - unlike some other places we've visited that made you want to wipe your feet on the way out. They had an really good live band and a disco afterwards, we we're dancing all night. Looking forward to going again!”

“Lovely afternoon at zig zags christmas party! Well organised slots for santa with only a few children at a time so not chaos. Character meet and greets were great. Staff really lovely and made lots of effort with the children! A few people were feral with their greed but not zig zags fault!”

“My daughter started this nursery in September, we were initially worried about her starting due to her extra needs but the staff have been absolutely invaluable, they nurture her in every aspect and support her in every area she needs, ensuring to also encourage her development and growth. She has come on leaps and bounds in the few months she's been there, and she absolutely loves the staff. We really can't thank the girls in her room as well as the whole team for all they do for her. Nothing beats the ease of knowing she's settled and happy as well as having an absolute blast while she's there! 10/10 would recommend this nursery to anyone.”

“Visited the store today with my husband to buy a white shirt for a wedding which is Friday.we was approached by a lovely young lady who was so helpful trying to find us the right size checking every shirt possible and offering advice to try and get us what we needed.she was so professional and patient till eventually found him the right shirt,she made our shopping experience easy and less stressful,she is an asset to the store and especially as she was very young.her name was Elysia. “My son had his party here yesterday and it was great!! The weekday private hire is great value and the kids had a brilliant time. Rhys was particularly great! He made us feel so welcome and was great at interacting with the kids. He couldn’t do enough for us and was constantly checking to see if we needed anything. This took so much pressure off us! Its so nice to meet younger people that love their job and have great customer service skills he is a credit to your team! Would definitely recommend here. Thank you all.”

“Took my girls to pick some toys as one finished her first book and other had her first few weeks at school, Met on entry by a wonderful girl by the name of Megan she was very welcoming and kind, bumped into her again when we were closer to the till she showed us a few other items that were good value for money so we added them to our basket aswell, her attitude made the visit more special for my girls, thank you Megan, other around the store were very helpful but I didnt manage to catch their names guy at the till was very patient, manager and guy by the nerf guns who helped me find the sword again big thanks guys, amazingly run store”
