   Came to meet Santa and make a bear. The service was absolutely amazing, they let us go in as a group instead of individually which was fantastic. Reece the elf was brilliant, he couldn’t do enough for us. He truly is a credit to the establishment. And Santa was more than expected. Thank you

   Had my daughter’s birthday party here this month after coming here lots of times for many of years, I am utterly disappointed and disgusted in how bad this place has got. I would not of booked my daughters party here if I had of known the state the place would have been in, it was grimy. I offered to tidy up on arrival as there was 15-20 dirty tables. In fact there wasn’t a clean one available, so they cleaned a couple of tables for us but the young girl who brought a massive trolley over to clean the tables didn’t think to clean the other tables she passed on her way back despite plenty of room on the trolley. Thankfully no one else from the party had arrived yet to see the disappointing state we saw, but shortly after our party people arrived. One of those mums asked the desk for a bin bag to tidy up so she could sit down, which was absolutely mortifying for myself hosting the party at your venue, It’s just embarrassing! My baby couldn’t eat as the high chairs were revolting and not cleaned the entire time we were there. (Food and juice on them all!) The toilets, wow. Is all I can say, disgusting and definitely not checked or cleaned often enough. There were crisps on the floor in the play area outside the football pitch, 90 minutes after we arrived we noticed a young boy actually eating these crisps (because they hadn’t been cleaned up!) God knows how long they had been there before we got there or what they even were, but it’s disgusting. I understand kids are messy and a soft play centre is going to have untidy times, however in this case it is the staff being messy and choosing to turn a blind eye. Extremely lazy, careless, lack of common sense and cleanliness is ruining this place. Can’t say they were short staffed either as there was plenty of staff on, most stood around chatting to one another rather than working. And to top it off, we also got over charged as they lied to our faces about calling us in the week, despite us showing them our phone log to say we had no call. Staff are really letting this place down, majority of them are very young and definitely don’t take it seriously enough. Re-training and understanding the importance of professionalism is needed. I understand days can be busy and chaotic, but parties and soft play bookings should not be allowed to be booked if they haven’t got the man power (or the will) to take care of the place and keep on top of basic hygiene.    My son had his party here yesterday and it was great!! The weekday private hire is great value and the kids had a brilliant time. Rhys was particularly great! He made us feel so welcome and was great at interacting with the kids. He couldn’t do enough for us and was constantly checking to see if we needed anything. This took so much pressure off us! Its so nice to meet younger people that love their job and have great customer service skills he is a credit to your team! Would definitely recommend here. Thank you all.

   Excellent soft play. My granddaughter spent two hours playing having a great time. Food and drinks are very reasonable. Be careful of car park 2 hours 30 minutes maximum otherwise a big fine, however plenty of signs in the soft play warning you. The staff did point this out on entering. Well worth another visit.

   Great!! love scallywags. Reasonably priced, good food, really easy to navigate with a child, and really easy to see your child is as visibility across the whole area is great. Plus the staff are always really friendly. Had our daughters party there over Christmas and the timing was incorrect at the time of booking (just because christmas hours hadn’t been published on website) but all the staff were really kind and efficient at getting the children in our and for food and cake. Really grateful considering it was the Christmas holidays and they were aske to stay late for our party. Can’t thank them enough.

   I booked the Santa's grotto with the make your own teddy for my 7 month old daughter and my 7 year old nephew and it was such a great day for all us adults too! The Santa interaction was great and we all loved how we were asked about the childs interests and pets on booking, making my nephew amazed Santa knew his name and other interests; it made such a great personalised experience. The fact that the soft play was included in the price, meant that there were no impatient moans and long waits for our turn to see Santa, as the kids can just play until we were next. We got to spend as much time with Santa as we wanted and could take all the photos and videos we liked. There was no pressure added to make us feel we needed to rush out the grotto and the interaction was great with both the 7 month old and 7 year old, despite the big age gap! Also it was great that we didn't have to pay for adults to enter, like most other Santa experiences, making the day much more affordable, with all adults still being able to be apart of the Christmas day out. The teddy we stuffed with the elf was also a lot bigger than expected, making it even better value for money. Also loved the naughty elf and how he interacted and kept the kids (and adults) entertained whilst playing and waiting to see Santa. Such a great experience at a fantastic price. We will definitely be returning next year and making it our yearly Christmas tradition. As a family we all loved it!

   We had my Granddaughter's 6th Exclusive Birthday party there and weren't disappointed. The staff are friendly,very helpful and made sure that the children had a wonderful time . The food as always was perfect , and the place was very clean. I would definitely recommend Scallywags for your children's party.
