Amazing nursery I could name everyone who worked here as brilliant and amazing but it seriously would be everyone! Everyone is always so polite and happy to your child, my daughter was a bit nervous at first and this was in June now she just runs in and doesn't look back to even say bye she loves it. She gets her bag on the days she's not going because she wants to go. They have helped my daughter a lot with her speech and helped her understand routines. I could not fault my first friends in anyway it's a fantastic lovely nursery with the most amazing staff.
I've sent both of my daughters to my first friends and can never express how grateful I am to all the wonderful staff that work here. My eldest daughter was always very shy and the thought of sending her to nursery terrified me but the staff at my first friends reassured me and within no time my daughter loved it here. I watched her blossom and learn so much in such a short space of time. The nursery were quick to help with her potty training and always kept me updates whenever I collected her from nursery. The staff assisted with her transition from nursery to reception and helped build my daughters confidence hugely. From starting nursery to leaving, my daughter was such a different child! Full of confidence, she had so many friends and had learnt so much! I now send my youngest daughter to this nursery and from the moment I sent her I saw her develop immediately. She was stringing sentences together, her speech improved, her creativity widened and her maths and English came on wonderfully. I honestly couldn't think of a better nursery to send my children to. The staff are caring, helpful and go above and beyond for each child!
Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since going to My First Friends Nursery. Her confidence has soared, her social skills and independence has significantly improved. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make the children happy and settled, providing exciting and educational activities throughout the day. The outside facilities are great with a play area and vegetable patch etc. The wide range of meals provided are of good nutritional balance and has encouraged our daughter to enjoy new tastes. As parents a safe environment is priority number one and overall we couldn’t be happier with the nursery and would recommend to anyone.
We would highly recommend My First Friends Nursery in Rubery. Our daughter has been attending since May when she was 11months and has made great progress in all areas. All the staff without exception have been amazing. They are all friendly, approachable, supportive, fun and positive whilst remaining professional at all times. I have no concerns when dropping our daughter in their care and she loves attending. The Nursery have been flexible in accommodating my shift pattern and keep us informed daily with our daughters progress via an app. I again would like to highlight what a relief it is to find such an outstanding Nursery.
My son has settled really well at this nursery after changing from another provider due to a move of home. He has been at My First Friends for many months now and really enjoys it. The staff in his group are very constant and always very helpful and knowledgeable. I have had some really good advice when my son has been going through some difficult stages. He has learned a lot from nursery and has a lot of fun. Also, the facilities are fantastic such as the interactive screen. I have great confidence in this nursery and the staff who I really can't praise enough. The outside space is really big which is great for toddlers who need to let off steam. Overall, I can't fault this nursery which is great peace of mind.
My two year old and one year old started at My First Friends in September 2017. My experience has been nothing short of fantastic - my daughters love going to nursery and have made huge strides in their development. The staff are friendly, welcoming and more than willing to speak to me anytime about how they are getting on. Transition between rooms has been effortless and the girls have been given settling in time before making the jump to their next stage. Feedback is constructive, detailed and allows me to have a clear understanding of how they are getting on. When looking for a nursery for my daughters I wanted somewhere that felt warm and comfortable and My First Friends has this. I have recommended the nursery to friends already and look forward to my girls continuing their time there. A fantastic nursery with wonderful staff.
