“I actually work here. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We have 2 light rooms installed for visual stimulation. Theres lots to do. If there is something particular the person wants to try/do. We will do our utmost to fulfill the request. Many activities happen throughout the day in different rooms. People are taken out on our own busses. With every driver there is a community carer on board. Toilet facilities including wheelchair assistance included. Respect and dignity at all times.”

“My child has been attending now for the last 3 months. He is 1 and a month now and I cannot be more pleased. They have been very helpful and agree on accepting he was eating by himself, even though the wall floor ends full of food. He comes happy to the nursery, and you can see he really have fun. The staff in the baby room is wonderful. Highly recommended!”

“Wild Little Wonderers is the cutest little family run play place you need in your life! It’s so relaxed, welcoming and a beautifully decorated intimate space for little ones to explore. My son also had a wonderful 5th Birthday party here recently, comfortably fitting in his entire class who all really enjoyed themselves! Set in tranquil countryside with an onsite cafe to fill up on caffeine and treats while your little ones burn off steam without even realising they are learning valuable skills outdoors. 10/10.”

“Smart start is an excellent nursery, my daughter attended there and my son has just finished ready for school. My boy attended since he was 14 months and I was very nervous as he was very young and wasn’t sure how he would settle in a completely new setting for 2 full days. Smart start assured me and have to say he was very happy there and has grown up to be a confident, smart and well mannered 4 year old. I was assured as the nursery is secluded with security gates and a good environment around them. With a personal chef which you know that your boy will be eating healthy. Thankyou to all the staff from baby to preschool room and everyone at reception. One of the best nurseries in the area so far.”

“As a parent finding the right nursery for your child is one of the most stressful things ever. Having a bad experience previously at a different nursery with my eldest two children,I was very apprehensive. After visiting over 10 nurseries a friend recommended Billesley Ark Preschool. I hesitated at first thinking its quite far but gave it a go. After visiting the nursery it ticked most of the boxes that I had in mind. I decided to give it a go. What really impressed me was the settling in sessions and how the staff made it an easy transition. I was very nervous as my child had become very clingly to me and would not let me out of his sight for even a minute. The lovely staff made him feel so comfortable that he enjoyed it. They sent me updates to reassure me.They immediately realised what he activities and toys he enjoyed and made sure that it was available for him. I was amazed at how well he settled in and enjoyed nursery. He looks forward to his nursery sessions everyday and has never refused to go. He always comes home with a smile on his face and happily tells me what he got upto. The communication from the nursery is excellent. I also love that children can bring their own food that they enjoy and are used to. Most nurseries do not allow food from home which can be fustrating for fussy eaters. They provide lots of healthy fruit and even offer breakfast to children which is very generous of them. The staff show alot of love and care for children. I also love that they take the children outside daily to get some fresh air and play. The nursery also has its own minibus that the children have access to. The staff always have well planned activities set out for children to recognise all faiths and events happening such as Chinese New Year, Easter, Eid, Ramadan, mother's day etc. The only regret I have is not sending him here earlier. I would definitely recommend this nursery to every parent. I cannot fault this nursery at all and I am sad that my son's journery with this nursery is coming to an end.”

“Our little boy has been attending since he was 9 months old and has absolutely flourished. Simple things (that we would never have thought about!) when we looked round really appealed to us - no public mobile phones allowed in the building and being asked to our shoes off to look round baby room. This extra level of care on top of the thought and planning that goes in to the environment and every day experience meant we signed up on the day! He loves his nursery days and all the staff are so caring and nurturing. We couldn’t have found a better place for childcare knowing he is so well looked after and safe. So much so, our little girl will be starting later this year.”

“My child has attended Wylde Green Nursery for nearly a year, happy to go each morning and is gaining confidence all the time. Each child is assigned a key worker and all of the team there are professional, kind and approachable and really know my child well. They are all so kind and patient and go over and above. The children do a wide range of activities harnessing creativity and learning key skills. The nursery gives updates with photos of activities, naps meals via a user friendly app each session provides regular progress reports. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wylde Green Nursery and my second child will be starting there next year.”

“Lovely afternoon at zig zags christmas party! Well organised slots for santa with only a few children at a time so not chaos. Character meet and greets were great. Staff really lovely and made lots of effort with the children! A few people were feral with their greed but not zig zags fault!”

“Fairytales Nursery in Great Barr is truly special, like an extension of our family home. The way the workers interact with my child is fantastic. They're professional, caring, and make my child's learning experience truly exciting. The staff really do their best to help him and I'm really grateful for leaving him at Fairytales as I know he feel safe and comfortable. “A constant winner! Food was outstanding. The pork chop starter was delicious. Service was good, my only slight grumble would have been too attentive. We had been asked by 3 separate staff if everything was ok with our meal before I'd even had two mouthfuls of starter.”
