“The Tenpin venue has recently been refurbished and looks amazing! I go to play pool - the new tables are lovely, smaller American ones, no longer the lopsided ones with damaged cloth. It’s also not in a dark area of the venue, much lighter and brighter. There are now smaller metered tables you can play for £5-£7 an hour which is awesome! It’s a really massive improvement. You can order food from your table and there’s a good selection of alcohol free drinks. I had a blast and can’t wait to go again! As a haiku: Tenpin shines like new, Neon lights over pool tables Games, drinks, joy on cue.”

“I have taken my 9mth old to the baby college classes. Groups are small and intimate letting your little one get the most out of the sessions. Staff are very friendly & welcoming. There is also a great selection of baby wear available in the shop.”

“I recently hired the soft play at Fun Street for a small event, and honestly, it was such a great experience. The whole process was super easy, the team was friendly and helpful, and the soft play itself was spotless and really well set up. The kids absolutely loved it, loads of space, plenty of activities, and everything felt really safe and well-maintained. It’s not always easy to find a place that keeps both kids and parents happy, but Fun Street definitely did. Really impressed and would 100% recommend if you’re thinking of hiring a soft play area for a party or just a special day for the little ones.”

“We booked the space for my son's 2nd birthday and it was BRILLIANT! Such a bright and airy space with a great selection of crafting materials, toys and books. We also hired the bouncy castle and it was really safe and huge hit with the kiddos. We brought our own food for the kids, but ordered pizza from the restaurant downstairs for the adults and they were affordable and delicious. Kristen was super friendly and welcoming and gave us really clear instructions for how to book, what was expected of us on the day and directions to the venue. Highly recommended!”

“HAPPY and PEACEFUL children! We entrusted our puppy to this school because from the first meeting with the management we understood that we had finally found "HOME". Being foreign, our puppy would have needed support not knowing the language and finding himself in a completely new environment with no points of reference. We had tried another nursery school and it was terrible, in fact our puppy didn't like going there willingly but since she started her journey in this nursery school she was reborn. All the staff with love, dedication, patience, understanding, professionalism made him feel at ease, she looked after him carefully, making him feel safe and well-liked. Whether you are a foreigner or not, this nursery is wonderful because the children are not "parked", they are "loved" and are not just numbers. Each of them has a reference teacher and every day we are told how the day went, the progress, the activities, the outings and what was served for lunch or snacks. Not to be underestimated and indeed on the contrary the structure deserves to be highlighted.. Safe, spacious, full of games and equipment to entertain and learn new things for children, clean and tidy but above all the value of education is also conveyed. I believe there is nothing more beautiful for a child than feeling at home and for this I really thank everyone for the wonderful work you do, you positively change the future of these children because thanks to you they learn, play but above all they are calm and happy and nothing is more important. “My daughter's original nursery closed due to the pandemic and as my husband and I are both key workers she was moved to Smiley Stars. I was anxious about the move as there was no notice and we couldn't do a settling in due to work pressures. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise. There aren't enough superlatives to describe this place. My introvert little girl grew in confidence every day. In her old nursery she would barely speak to her teachers at Smiley Stars she would hug them. She was happy. She didn't want to leave at home time and was excited to go in the morning. We got daily updates with photos. She played with educational toys. She started to be able to sound out words like 'pet', 'cat', 'dog'. She got the best start for primary school. I think the best thing is that they support your child to be themselves and genuinely care. There's no helicopter 'parenting' they guide the children to sort out their issues which is so important for starting school. Want to be a princess one day and a pirate the next? No problem. Imaginative play is encouraged. On her last day they held a little graduation ceremony for her despite the fact she'd only been there a few months. They created a memory that will last a life time and gave her a printed book of photos to remind her of her time with them. We are grateful for her time here. If we were to do it again we would have chosen this place as her main nursery. It was so different from her last nursery in every way. Smiley Stars will give your child the best start.”

“By far my favorite coffee shop in the WEST END!!!! You need to try it, the coffee is class, the vibes are immaculate and they do student discount which is fab. I would say my favorite thing about it is the dog Morocco, such a wee cutie.”

“We booked Kidnetick for our daughters 4th birthday party yesterday and they were incredible! Calum and Nina were fantastic and kept the kids entertained for the full 1 1/2 hrs - I don't think my daughter left the dance floor the whole time! Nina's energy was boundless and her command over a group of 15 unruly kids was very impressive indeed! We also got a visit from Spiderman and Unicorn Princess from Wish Upon A Star who wowed the kids and made some of their dreams come true. Overall the day got a big thumbs-up from kids and adults alike and I would not hesitate to use them again.”
