   DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Poor service. I ordered Christmas duvet sets on the 11th December but I am still waiting for them to arrive. I've been told that it's on his way. I was even given a specific day when to expect it but it still didn't arrive. I've been asking for a tracking number since 16th December but both Nicola and Peter have been unable to provide this information. I've been asking for a refund and now they are ignoring my calls and messages.

   Bought 4 sets. Happy with 3 but the 4th, the ‘Ombre Printed Blue & Red Duvet’ material is thin and feels like plastic though it is 50% cotton. Bought for my son and he refused to have it in his bed. Frustratingly I can not return as I washed it hoping it would soften. No such luck. Do not buy.

   Do not buy of this company I bought curtains costing £328 The colour was not as expected and they sent me a royal mail returns label to print I sent them off 31/12/21 !, and the money has still not refunded to my account 8 weeks later. I have forward the receipts from post office to prove my return and await a reply from them

   Do not use this company! I purchased a Boden Textured fringed throw from them, that shed all around our house after I opened it out to use it on the settee at Christmas. Our clothes were covered in fluff & it spread around the house! Company refused refund as out of refund period of 30 days, even though I had only just started using it to discover this! Not happy!

   Really well made faux silk Roman Blind with black out lining. Very reasonably priced. Am delighted with how it looks at the window. Just what I wanted. The only niggle was not being notified when delivery would take place but once I phoned customer service, my blind was tracked and arrived soon afterwards. Great service and will definitely use again. Thank you!

   Ideal textiles is an excellent company, their website is substantial and filled with great deals. I spent a couple of days looking for cushions and draught excluders on the net. I was foolish, I should have not wasted my time. I am a repeat customer. The draught excluders purchased are great quality and a third of the price of anywhere else. Cushions too are spot on. I did phone “customer care “ before purchase, the staff were excellent, gave expert advice and even suggested I needed to purchase one less! They were such a great price I did buy a spare anyway. Excellent delivery 48 hours after the order was placed. Previously I purchased high quality Egyptian cotton bedding, comfort at a reasonable price.
