“Brilliant fun.. we did ghost of Mary queen of Scot’s.. Joesph was our host and he was absolutely amazing what an incredible asset to your company! Just me and a 13 yr old nephew and we surprisingly escaped!! Great set up!”
“Our first time yaking part in an escape room and we had a brilliant time at the Riddle Rooms. There were 3 of us taking part, one 13 year old and 2 slightly older (!) and were really well looked after by Rose. Pre-game instructions were very clear and the 'support' received from Rose during the game was also very well received. We were in the Time Agent room, which was challenging, and with a few hints and tips we managed to escape with a couple of minutes to spare. Once again, thanks to all of the team at Riddle Rooms, expecially Rose. A great day out.”
“Excellent service and quality product. From start to finish the service provided by Tracey in the showroom, Trevor at the initial consultation, the fitting by Kevan and Taylor and the finished product has all been superb. The advice given and the workmanship has resulted in a stylish and good looking wardrobe that has maximised storage. Highly recommend you give these guys a visit...thank you all!”
“Great place to go and make new friends”
“Amazing customer service. I was over the moon with my jellycat order and the communication is outstanding, they’re so helpful. Will definitely be buying from them again ❤️ I can’t add a photo of my bear as he’s tucked away for Christmas ❤️”
“Loved this place loads to choose from and very reasonably priced i will go back ❤️”
“We had a great time pretending to be Star Crew and repairing our ship! We were only a group of 2, but stills managed to escape! Our Gamesmasters Elliot and Sophie were welcoming, friendly and super happy to answer any questions we had! Would definitely return here and try our hand at something else! If you like escape rooms this is a great option for a good time!”
“Met with Sarah and had a full tour of the facility. She was very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and made me feel welcome at the club. Introduced me to Julie just before an aqua class was starting and she made me feel welcome too. Have now joined and signing up for aqua class later on this week. Thank you Sarah.”
“Came here as a kid to watch the Simpson movie when it came out and now I have brought my own kids here as part of the science centre experience to watch “Beautiful Planet” and it was their first experience of 3D which was magical for them. We arrived at early for the screening and the staff were brilliant by directing us to the best seats in the theatre. .. And it’s still got the biggest cinema screen in Scotland.”
“Had a few hours to kill in Glasgow before our train home. The cinema is very cosy and food and drink arrived quickly. The member of staff who served us could not have been more helpful. She stored our suitcases in a locked cupboard and was really kind and helpful.”
“We have had 2 wonderful experiences at Window to the Womb - a scan at 11 weeks for some reassurance after a UTI and then our gender scan at 15+3 weeks. On both occasions, staff have been so lovely, supportive and approachable. I felt extremely comfortable from the minute I walked into the clinic. I had the same sonographer on both occasions and she was amazing - explained everything clearly to us and really made us feel at ease. We got great scan photos too, very clear and exactly what you want to give you the reassurance you need. Would highly recommend Window to the Womb, we can't wait to return for our 4D scan!”
“We held my son’s 18th party and Aimee and staff were amazing great service all night . Would recommend the venue 100%”
“The transition to new management was seamless. Amanda and her team worked tirelessly to ensure the league ran efficiently and smoothly every Tuesday. A fantastic first season!”
“I stayed as a solo business traveller on the 22 - 24 October and was very pleasantly surprised by how friendly the young staff were from the reception desk to the bar and restaurant. They went above and beyond to have a chat, hold my bags, direct me to bus stops. etc. They were genuinely warm and welcoming and made it feel like a four star experience. The bar and lounge area are very comfortable for a business traveller looking to do some work while having a drink or bite to eat. It's a cosy environment and the veggie burger was quite tasty and generous. While the rooms are a bit basic, the bathrooms are well maintained and the friendliness of the staff and downstairs bar area more than made up for that. I would definitely return again - thanks all.”
“Great staff, nice place if you like that kind of a thing. Kids loved it.”
“Great place to stay. Great staff here and in adjacent pub restaurant, looked after us really well.”
“Had the pleasure to stay at Premier Inn peel park, Clean and cozy rooms ,service was exquisite .The receptionist was really polite and friendly checked us in very fast and easy.”
“Perfect spot for the Royal Concert Hall, Sauchiehall St, Buchanan St, Queen St Station Immaculate rooms, with plenty of extra pillows & duvets. Lots of sockets, charging points. Hand/shower gel provided. Kettle & tea/coffee/milk in the room. And a full length window letting in natural light. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of offer. Highly recommend.”
“I wish I could add more stars because this is honestly the best place I've ever stayed on Glasgow. My room did upgraded to the family suite even though it was just myself but the room was practically big enough to live in and be comfortable. Breakfast was also the best breakfast I've had in my entire life. 10/10 Definitely recommend to friends and family.”
“Had a boozy brunch here with a friend in December. Bart was our host and couldn't have done anymore for us which was much appreciated. Food was lovely, drinks were topped up regularly and the overall atmosphere was great. Will definitely be returning soon. Great value for money. Thanks Bart and the team.”
“Brilliant place and really nice staff. We had our 8 year olds football birthday party today and it was fab. The kids all loved it, the staff were all very kind and went above and beyond. Big shout outs to Jack, David and J-Mac. Really nice guys. Really recommend having your kids party here”
“Really good experience in this venue. Went for a funeral and the staff were lovely and the food was great.”
“Stayed overnight here for a business trip. Very handy as it's a 5-10min walk from Glasgow Queen Street Station. Friendly reception staff, nice spacious 4th floor room with a comfy bed. Breakfast was fine, reasonable choice and good bacon, all the standard fare but not a vast choice of things though.”
“Attended a meeting in the reception area with colleagues today . From arrival at 9:00 till leaving at the end of the day Annemarie was a superstar. After 40+ years in Hotel Management she was the ideal person you wanted in the front of house. So friendly and welcoming, very attentive and kept checking on us from arrival coffee, breakfast and lunch. As we have just moved to new business premises in Bellshill this will be our go to Hotel.”
“The kids had an amazing time here, Even though I thought it would be a little bigger the play area is a little compact. But so much fun nonetheless. The staff was friendly one lady in particular even took the time to write out a few other places for me. I forgot your name but thank you so much for making us feel so welcomed in the soft play area and in Scotland in general.”
“5 stars and 6 if I could. For 30 odd pound an hour of fun was well worth it. So. Many things to do and most things like go carts were manned by students which is good. Really happy we went. Will go again in the future.”
“Fantastic time away- the young people were having a wonderful time with loads of different activities not just the trampolines but airbags too, and a climbing area! A massive shout out to Christian and Steven for helping us with a wheelchair issue! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable with how to help. I highly recommend.”
“Had an excellent stay and wanted to give a big shout-out to the team, especially Stuart and Devlin. From the moment we arrived, Stuart was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great time. He gave us brilliant recommendations for places to visit around Glasgow, and his knowledge of the city’s history was honestly amazing. We ended up exploring a few spots he mentioned and loved them—it really added something special to the trip. Dinner was another highlight, and Devlin deserves huge credit for that. The service was outstanding—really attentive and relaxed, perfectly timed, and full of great suggestions. It made the meal feel like an experience rather than just a quick bite, and the food itself was fantastic. Also, a shout-out to the new girl who was working that night—we didn’t catch her name, but she was lovely and handled everything with confidence and a smile. You’d never have guessed she was new. The whole team worked together seamlessly, and it made our stay genuinely memorable. We’ll definitely be back”
“This was an exceptional hotel for the price point! The room was clean and comfortable, and the lobby was spacious. Lots of room to sit for a drink or meal. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and refreshed regularly. They also had gluten free options available! The staff were professional, helpful and kind! A great locations, minutes to the Queen train station and George Square. On a major bus route and 2 mins from the subway! Highly recommend!”
“Stayed there as working close by (nightshift). Great room as Premier Inn's usually are. was very quiet and slept very well. Very welcoming staff. Car park isn't good for vans as spaces are just big enough for cars, so with vans or other larger vehicles spaces are limited. Overall 10/10”
