“Always super lovely staff, easy to get hold of/responsive and so helpful. Rooms are always great, with a good variety of puzzles in each, so that they don't feel like the same thing with a different theme.”

“Love Escapism! This was my third time coming here and I cant wait to go again. We firstly had to do a quick safety briefing with Penny. She was great and explained about fire exists, what would happen in the event of a fire and where we need to meet, she advised about going to the toilet during the game if needed and she explained all the different pad locks types we might come across in our room. She was friendly, polite and did a great job. Our game host Charlie then showed us to our room and explained to us what the story for this room was and what our objective was. When we were in the room, we did get a bit stuck so Charlie did have to give us a few clues. He was great, he let us try but when he could see we were struggling, a clue popped up on the screen which we were greatful for. The game definitely made us think, but it was so much fun. We had a fab time! When we finished Charlie came in to get us and asked if we enjoyed ourselves, what we found easy or hard etc. He was lovely and a really good host. We had a great time and will definitely be back.”

“Great for a children's party of about 6. My son and his friends had a blast. The staff were accommodating and helpful, running around sorting each child out to ensure they had the best time.”

“I walked in store today and was greeted by all the staff but there was this one staff member who was wearing a black hat and a pink jumper that stood out the most, I asked for her name which I think her name was Eesha, as she was playing with some other children and my daughter was there watching and she was kind enough to include my daughter in the fun, my daughter has autism so she does really struggle with interaction but Eesha made it feel natural and my daughter was able to have so much fun, watching her play with others made me feel genuinely happy as I could tell she made my daughter feel magical and was engaging to my daughters needs. She helped us pick out some bath bombs with some great recommendations and my daughter felt so happy about her experience at Lush today. Will be coming back with my daughter for some more fun and love the products xx”

“Some of the best service I have ever had the pleasure to have received. We purchased a new car from then and received fantastic service from the Sales person, admin staff and all others involved in our purchase. We had a problem with the vehicle with.in 3 week of purchase but they went over and above to sort it including lending me a vehicle while mine was off the road. Special thanks to the Dealer Principle who went the extra mile.”

“Went here with a few friends last week. We had such a great time! The host was absolutely amazing, so friendly and actually checks in on you whilst doing the escape room to offer help if you need it. Considering he was running all rooms on his own, he was so attentive. We loved the room so much we came back the next day to have a crack at another one! Would highly recommend.”

Young girl with dark hair was particularly great with my 2 young girls, made sure they got a turn on the bouncy trampolines and did backflips with one of them which she loved!! “We arrived to see a note explaining no tickets could be bought because of a nationwide outage. We spotted someone who looked like a manager as we had wanted to use vouchers and couldn't use them online. The manager Mike stepped in and helped by giving us tickets. It must've been a stressful day dealing with the issue which was entirely not his fault yet he took the time to help. Vue is, in our opinion, the best cinema in Plymouth because it's really comfortable and cheaper than the opposition. And Mike's professionalism and kindness didn't go unnoticed.”

“Brilliant. My partner and I did "The Hotel" in Dartmouth and had superb fun. Really enjoyable and works just as well for couples or groups. Jo was a really great host as well. Look forward to the next iteration!”

“Wow. What an experience. My kids loved the soft play and loved the wide selection of things that the kids could do there the cafe service was wonderful and the staff was able to clean my spills and they were also training a new employee and was very helpful and very had working and is a credit in the cafe, he was very polite and quick. Overall, the kids enjoyed everything and the lovely lady at reception was able to book me in very fast and efficient. This was my first time coming and will definitely be coming back due to staff behaviour.”

“Great hotel, central location to where we needed to be and a really good price, the breakfast was brilliant and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and airy too. The only downside was the lack of parking but they do have an agreement with a car park £10 for 24hr parking but it's not made clear until after you check in at the desk.”

“Went for a work evening out on 9th Nov, 11 of us, 15quid each for 4 games, room to ourselves, with last game being a free for all. It was amazing and we all really enjoyed it :) we are saying we will do it again. Thank you for a great start to an evening out, 11 happy customers.”

“Probably the comfiest bed I've ever had in a hotel. Front desk staff were really welcoming and helpful. Car parking was easy. Breakfast really good and plenty of options. Room faced onto a main road but had the window open all night and slept right through, no noise. Great location for walkable access into town and bus services.”

“Went there for one night, room and bed were comfortable and the breakfast area had a wonderful view of the city. Staff were able to serve me something that wasn't on the buffet when I requested it. Was able to go swimming and enjoy the sauna and steam room that came with it. Would love to stay here again”

“Me and my friends did a bottomless brunch here. Despite us being a bit late our waitress Billie was very helpful in making sure we made the most out of our time. Billie was very helpful by telling us about the drinks and making sure my friend with a milk allergy could have the meal she wanted. Amazing customer service and the bottomless brunch was a brilliant deal.”

“Just had Zig Zag the magician at our 4-year-old's birthday party. We had 25 four-year-olds, a handful of younger and older children, and I was honestly blown away by how amazing Zig Zag was. All of the children were glued to him for a whole hour! Honestly, I had my doubts that anybody could keep my little one's attention for ten minutes, let alone an hour, but he proved me wrong and was a party hit. Happy daughter, happy dad! Great work, Zig Zag. Thanks again!!!”

“Had a lovely afternoon visit today, ordered all 3 courses and can't say a bad thing about any dish that we received. We was advised of waiting times and asked about any allergies when entering by Paul who also revisited to make sure everything was OK with our time there. My son has coeliac disease and Melanie took our order and made us feel there was definitely no worries about us dining there. Timings between ordering and receiving our food was just about right. The severs were all very pleasant and polite and made sure everything was just as we ordered.”

“Excellent place to stay, 10min walk to main entrance of hospital. Very clean comfortable room. A pub situated in the same car park, easy for some where close to eat and relax. Over all a good location when visiting Derriford hospital. Staff were friendly.”
