“Went as a group of 3 to do the pirate themed escape room. Upon entering the we registered at reception and then waited for the room to be ready. Once ready Amy, who was our games master, got us some drinks to take in with us and escorted us to the room itself. 52 mins and 2 close later we had escaped!! A very well run experience would definitely go back to do another one of the 6 rooms they have!”

“We has an AMAZING time it was so fun exciting and hard at times but it was all a buzz definitely going to try another room . We did Alice and wonderland . Jack was amazing very friendly and nothing was a problem for him. Thank you”

“6 of us did the Reading Witch game. It was absolutely amazing; we've done 20+ escape rooms and this was easily one of the best, if not the best. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming and stayed in character at all times which really made the game feel atmospheric. The theme and concept is great - very creative. The puzzles were brilliant and there were loads of them! The theme/room set up and decoration was absolutely amazing - super immersive and just so good!! Couldn't recommend more. Thanks to Jack and our other host. We had a brilliant time.”

“I booked the Vampire Slayers game for my sisters birthday and we all absolutely LOVED the room. a HUGE thanks to Tabbie for the constant effort to make our experience amazing! Challenging, interactive, and just the right amount of scary to keep the adrenaline up. We've done a few escape rooms across England and this has to be my favourite so far. for people who want a bit of a scarier experience, Vampire Slayers is the room for you :)”

“Last minute called and they kindly arranged ut for us. We did Dirty Money. Challenging (2 of us) but great fun and a good range of interactive puzzles. The host was friendly and we had a good time.”

“Went there for the Age of magic escape room. Owen (our host) was extremely friendly and the safety video was pretty funny as well as informative. Escape room was well built with tons of cool lighting and interesting puzzles. Owen was also a good help, great guy.”

“We had some issues booking an escape room, I reached out via email and received a response super quickly, especially considering it was a Friday evening. The owner tried to sort it out for us however had issues doing so manually as well. He phoned me and said he would block it out for us and we could pay when we arrived. The communication was fantastic from Alex. We had some issues on the day to some system errors which was rather frustrating, especially as we’d travelled an hour and a half up, however we rang Alex and he did everything he could for us. The Games Master, Becky, got to the site as soon as she could and gave us a good experience. It was unfortunate events but both Alex and Becky did all they could for us and it was appreciated. We did The Forbidden Room of Fun and it was a good room. I liked that you had a choice of difficulty too. It was a fun room as well as enjoyable puzzles. Would highly recommend especially due to the level of service :)”

“We had the lovely Agent Lucy look after us at our Escape Room adventure. We were welcomed at the entrance by Lucy and she was polite, smiling and made sure the group had a great experience. There was a slight issue with the bulb going so we were offered another room but the team decided to continue with the room using torches to see by instead. It made it harder but they all said how much fun it was. Will definitely come back to do another room, the team have even said they’d like to make sure Agent Lucy was the one running their room again.”

“I took my son here yesterday and David and his colleague were so accommodating. My son was a bit worried about dark and loud noises but they warned us when this would happen and kept on a little light. Hints were very good and welcomed without telling us the answers. The room was so well themed, clean and so much fun! Can’t wait to go back and try an other one! We did the pharaoh one! 5 stars - would recommend!”

“Took six 10-year-olds to the Escape Room for a birthday party and they had a great time! Was initially worried they might be too young for it, but definitely not. Janos was a great host - really entertaining and fun, and was very good at keeping them moving/providing hints when necessary. Highly recommended!”

“IKEA is always busy so you can expect to queue for parking, food and tills. The displays are lovely and inspiring and we saw lots of Christmas displays today (1 Nov) Keep an eye out for discounts at the restaurant- we tried the £1.50 breakfast and were very happy!”

Everything was spotless, and the food was top-notch—definitely worth the money, despite it being a bit on the pricey side. I was impressed by how they checked in to make sure I was enjoying myself. “A nicely located pub just in the heart of Prospect Park. The place has plenty of free parking (don’t forget to register at check in). The menu is quite ‘suculent’ with lots of options and nicely cooked food (not a fish ‘n’ chip bar). The view is great over the park with a quiet ambiance. You can have salad as much as you like which is a vegan’s paradise. Waiting time for taking the order is a bit long but quite polite so doesn’t feel rushed in any way. Book and enjoy a nice lunch or dinner with family, friends or just on your own.”

“We stayed for one night as a family. The hotel is in a great location with good parking. The room and hotel were exceptionally clean throughout, facilities are brilliant. The breakfast selection was great. The best thing about our stay, however, was the staff - particularly Khadija on reception when we checked in and Suleyman at breakfast. All the staff we met were so polite, friendly and helpful. They really made the stay even better. Thank you.”

“Amazing staff! Thank you for the excellent service and support during our stay at Holiday Inn. As an IHG Club member, I truly felt appreciated. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, making our stay very comfortable. Dinner was excellent — the sea bass was especially vibrant, fresh, and delicious. My family was so happy with the food and service. Breakfast was also impressive, with a wide spread to choose from. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we look forward to staying again.”

“Great location in the centre of Reading. The staff are friendly and helpful. The gym is open 24 hours, which is a great bonus. Parking is a little expensive, but that is expected for a hotel in the city centre. You will need to park a 2 to 3 minute walk from the hotel in a very secure car park. Make sure you visit reception first and scan the QR code for 40% off parking, as it is definitely worth the saving. You can also pull up outside the hotel to drop off your bags and scan the code. The rooms show a small amount of wear and tear, but they offer good value for money and I had an excellent night’s sleep. I would happily stay here again. Plus point, the lobby area is very stylish and welcoming for a drink in the evening.”

“Stayed at this hotel for 4 days for work training. As someone who has a halal/vegi diet I wasn’t expecting to find halal food. When the hotel staff and manager found out about our dietary restrictions they went above and beyond to accommodate for us. They served us veg options and were unable to provide halal option at the short notice but the fact they tried, goes a long way. Thank you to management and staff for your kind service.”

“We had such a great evening at TGIs! The food was absolutely delicious, but what really made the evening was the amazing service. Jasmine looked after us and she was brilliant - she took our rather annoying, picky order with a massive smile, and the food arrived perfectly. She cottoned on that it was our daughter’s birthday, and made a lovely fuss of her. I haven’t been to TGIs for a long time, but we’ll be back soon for sure!”
