   Does this store ever stock check? Third time in two months I’ve tried to buy a game off the shelf which they then didn’t have in stock. The shelves seem filled with games they don’t actually have - no wonder they are going under.

   Don't buy from this store. They don't take responsibility for faulty products, they waste your time contacting different places, and they never respond. Plus, they're now part of Sport Direct, and their customer service is a disaster.

   Have been in a few times and tried to purchase items with clear barcodes on the box (so not display copies), only to be told they have no stock. They said the same while advertising controllers for playstatio, only to have none at all. Items marked as on sale: no stock. Physical items they do have have damaged boxes. They only seem to do a cursory check of the disks and leave it at that. Very disappointing.

   Thank you Aaron for some proper human customer service. Mix up with a refund sorted using common sense even if it was going to cause him a pain to sort internally. Nice to have a proper manager in a shop.
