“Went as a group of 3 to do the pirate themed escape room. Upon entering the we registered at reception and then waited for the room to be ready. Once ready Amy, who was our games master, got us some drinks to take in with us and escorted us to the room itself. 52 mins and 2 close later we had escaped!! A very well run experience would definitely go back to do another one of the 6 rooms they have!”

“I would recommend the 90 minute trip as gets all the way to the next lock, although some kids may prefer the 60 minutes. Captain was very friendly and informative with lots of skill navigating all the different vessels along the river.”

“The initial review, submitted on Friday, conveyed dissatisfaction regarding a £75 charge for an early check-in, which was two hours prior to the standard check-in time. It is important to clarify that only one room was booked, not two. Furthermore, our arrival was not at 12:30; however, the primary reason for the negative review was the perceived rudeness of the individual I spoke with over the phone. Moving forward, following my stay at the hotel on Saturday, I was granted both an early check-in and a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and hospitality. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness and offers a diverse selection of culinary options, including a main menu and a breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this establishment and would certainly choose to stay here again. My sincere thanks to the entire team for their accommodating service.”

Lucy and Leah couldnt do enough for the boys, ensuring they all had socks, knew what to do. When it came to food and drinks again they made them all very happy, including going to extra mile to get the slushie requested.”

“Amazing staff! Thank you for the excellent service and support during our stay at Holiday Inn. As an IHG Club member, I truly felt appreciated. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, making our stay very comfortable. Dinner was excellent — the sea bass was especially vibrant, fresh, and delicious. My family was so happy with the food and service. Breakfast was also impressive, with a wide spread to choose from. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we look forward to staying again.”

“DJ Nick ran my 14 year old's birthday party which we held in a village hall. He said he would transform the look of the hall with his light show and he absolutely did. The lights and sound quality were superb including happy birthday lights circling the dance floor with my daughter's name. The music selection was perfect, the kids were all dancing. Nick provided limbo as well which was a good icebreaker. Most of all though he was a brilliant compere for the party, getting all the kids engaged and up dancing (even the boys) , really funny, joined in to get dance moves going and appeared to be thoroughly enjoying himself. I would recommend this company and use them again for a child or adult party.”

“When researching local nurseries I came across Pear Tree and loved how homely it looked. After viewing it in person and meeting the manager Maria and the deputy manager Joe, we decided it would be a good fit for our daughter. I’m so glad we did because Maria and her team are wonderful! They really take the time to get to know the children and come up with fun and creative activities for them to do. Our daughter’s confidence, language and social skills have come a long way since she started there which is a testament to the staff at Pear Tree Nursery - Thank you!!”

“We had the BEST time playing Outbreak at Zero Latency VR in Reading. The massive playing area was a breath of fresh air compared to our last VR experience, where you stood in a tiny square and couldn’t move around. It made for an extremely immersive experience where you’d have to physically walk to an objective and navigate the map, which also helped with motion sickness. We found the website and the booking system very user friendly. Each game had a detailed description, number of players, length of play time and a short video trailer. This made game selection very easy and stress free. We were impressed with the safety brief, the equipment demo and our games master, Will. He explained everything in detail with a bit of humour to make it interesting and easy to remember! Outbreak, a co-op zombie shooter, was extremely fun, fast-paced and kept us on edge the entire time with plenty of screaming throughout. Our group of four ranged from experienced gamers to complete newbies, and regardless of the level, everyone had an absolute blast. We loved the game result email sent to everyone afterwards, which included two highlight videos, breakdown of team/individual performances and stats compared to other players. This definitely added a competitive touch to our VR experience! This was a fantastic group activity, well priced and highly recommended. Easy 10 out of 10.”

“What a superb experience for a team bonding event for a footy team of boisterous 15/16 year olds! Very professional set up, and Darren was fantastic with the boys and knew exactly how to get them going and manage their energy! We were most impressed with how they dealt with an 11th hour let down from the original venue who were nowhere to be seen when they arrived to set up. They found an even better facility in minutes just 10mins away. Thanks guys!”

“I took my son here yesterday and David and his colleague were so accommodating. My son was a bit worried about dark and loud noises but they warned us when this would happen and kept on a little light. Hints were very good and welcomed without telling us the answers. The room was so well themed, clean and so much fun! Can’t wait to go back and try an other one! We did the pharaoh one! 5 stars - would recommend!”

“Our son attends Finkley and he loves it. Finkley gives our son access to great resources like the farm and soft play, and the staff are always putting on great activities. Beyond the activities is the kindness of the staff, especially his key worker Jodi, who our son adores. Highly recommended.”

Janos was a great host - really entertaining and fun, and was very good at keeping them moving/providing hints when necessary. Highly recommended!”

“My 2 year old son and 7 year old niece enjoyed coming to play here together. It was something different from the usual softplay, I like the fact it was one free adult for each child entry. The food and drinks were reasonably priced. The place was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the baby changing facilities being in the only mens toilet, could do with one in the ladies changing area. Hidden gem.”

“Our son has been going to Teepee for 5 months now and his development since he started is amazing. The staff are so caring and personable and it is clear that the children’s development, well-being and happiness is so important to them. We have no concerns whatsoever about leaving him. He absolutely loves being there and he always has the biggest smile when we pick him up...the array of facilities that the nursery has for the children to use and benefit from is amazing. He gets to eat a variety of lovely home cooked food and whilst he’s enjoying all of that, we are sent updates and pictures through an app which is lovely and much appreciated! The staff have always been willing and able to speak to us about any questions or concerns we may have and that has been the case since day one. Choosing Teepee was the best decision we could have made!”

“My son had a wonderful 5th birthday party. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the children were engaged the whole time. Ben was brilliant with the children and they all made very exciting Lego models based on superhero’s and dinosaurs theme! The time of the session was perfect and we had to kings so we could sing happy birthday, then cur the cake while the children completed a final task! A wonderful birthday party MC would highly recommend.”
