From the initial phone call with a lovely young lady named Eve, who helped finalise the numbers and provided all the details for the day, to the party itself, everything ran so smoothly. “This wonderful hotel is located in the former White Star Line drawing rooms. The windows have been preserved, creating a particularly cozy atmosphere, and there are numerous paintings with photographs of the Titanic and all those involved in its construction. The hotel is clean, and in the rooms you'll find a book about the hotel with numerous photos on the desk. The showers are clean, and the staff is polite.”

“Was here today as a coach driver with a group of elderly people. They & I enjoyed the visit very much, been here before, mostly with cruise ships, but today was the first time I had the pleasure to have lunch here, I can only highly recommend the food, absolutely amazing, very tasty, good quality and high quality! Well priced for a decent price! The service was also excellent, very friendly and attentive staff. Again, it’s highly recommended here, definitely deserved the 5 stars!”

“Love this place, It gets me out of the house, I meet people I don't know, some I do know, wee have great craic, lots of laughter, there's always a cup of tea or coffee on hand and always something sweet, the staff are great and supportive to what ever we are doing, we knit or crochet little hats for premature babies, scarfs for the council to be distributed in the winter months, the needles are always clinking with some new garment on them, we are now attending a sewing class, we can bring your own machine, more new friends, the cooking classes are going well, and I'm enjoying every minute of all classes and all my new friends, it has been a life saving experience for me, don't ever close up shop ladies, you are all great, x”

“Had my daughters 10th birthday in the inflatable-park in Belfast couldn't recommend enough they had an absolute ball, service was great and was lovely to have a designated area to watch, unlimited drinks was a plus and the amount of food was amazing was also very tasty pizza chicken dippers and chips was a hit. Portion size was plentiful and the staff kept checking in on us which I thought was brilliant compared to other places your put in a room and forgot about. Great value for money will definitely be back. Great customer service all round brilliant experience”

The cafe is just the most welcoming place and perfect for a catch up and a coffee with friends”

“Absolutely stunning walks. Beautiful everywhere you look. Bought our tickets online as public holiday just to be on the safe side. Easy parking and scan straight in. Great cafes and toilets all over are very clean and fresh. Kids Absolutely loved it Spent the whole day here. I bought a picnic, weather was on our side. Honestly so glad I finally came here. Highly recommended to the ones that love the outdoors”

“This was my first visit and I was very impressed! Plenty of car parking spaces and not too far of a walk to the Theatre. Lovely Bar area and very efficient friendly Bar Staff. The seats were very comfortable and quite a large stage so everyone had a great view. I didn’t notice any obstructions anywhere in the Theatre. Very friendly staff from start to finish to guide you to your seat. Top marks to all, we had a great experience!”
