Had our daughters 10th birthday party at lazer tag. Party planner Rebecca was fantastic and so helpful. Room was set up ready to go. Food was fantastic and freshly made. Would definitely book again. Thanks. Great party set up.
My son had his birthday party at laser tag. Each of the children had a great fun time battling it out to win. Lainey our organiser was more than helpful, couldn't fault our experience at all. Would highly recommend to anyone.Thank you for making my sons b/day memorable
We celebrated my son's 7th birthday 23.11.2025 with a laser tag party, and everything was simple and stress-free from the very beginning. Grace was absolutely fantastic – the whole event was well organised, the food was warm and there was plenty for everyone. I would like to thank Grace for her amazing help and dedication. She was truly wonderful. We will definitely be back!
We celebrated my son’s 10th birthday at Bangor Artistic Laser Tag and it was fantastic! Although there was a mix-up with the info we were given beforehand which made our party start late, the duty manager and two staff members went above and beyond to make up for the shortfall. They ensured my son and his friends had the best experience and more. All the staff were so lovely and welcoming – highly recommend!
First time. Staff were 100% as I hadn't booked correctly but they got me sorted. Very friendly and helpful. We got pizza and suppose to get pineapple on ours n only 5 bits of chicken but for what it was it was ok. Games part was fun too. Il def be back!
Took my 2 year old grandson here for the toddler morning on a Thursday. He loved it £4.95 for one and half hours play and to be fair was not asked to leave at end of play time as not very busy as approaching lunchtime. He was also given juice and 3 plain biscuits. Coffee and crisps etc available to purchase. He went up to one of the higher levels and just played football most of the time. He did use the slide and toy cars that he cud sit in as well. Toilet facility beside play area was handy. Staff friendly and wud definitely recommend.
We had a 3 year old birthday here at the weekend and i had to let everyone know how good the pizzas are. My kids both loved them plus getting asked about them by the parents too. Quote "they are the nicest pizzas ever!" :-) The staff were also very facilitating with some of the older kids and let them into the inflata park whilst the younger ones were in the soft play. Thanks all!
I've had a very good experience with Airtastic over the last few months. When things go wrong, like a child has an accident, they were on hand with first aid and then made it up with a free visit once the child was over it. I do appreciate this makes good business sense but the guys there went above and beyond what was expected from them in such a scenario and I want to say thank you. Particular shout out to Jonny and Gareth, thank you.
Brilliant place for a day out! Plenty to do and suits kids of all ages as there is a soft play area for baby's and toddlers. Place is really clean and tidy and all the equipment is on great condition. Staff where super helpful and really friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone.
I haven’t a bad word to say about Airtastic Bangor. My son Brody goes every week and the staff look after us so well. We’ve had a couple of birthday parties here with great success. Highly recommended!
