“Just stayed here for two nights while working in the Belfast area and had a fabulous stay, Susie the duty manager was wonderful, so helpful and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble, I wish all premiere inns had a susie. the food both nights in the restaurant was great, nicely cooked and well presented however the breakfast was AMAZING!!!!!, I've stayed in hundreds of premiere inns and the breakfast here was the best I've ever had, if I'm working in the Belfast area I would without hesitation stay here. “This daycare is absolutely brilliant. We are first time parents and our daughter is nearly 2 years old, she's been attending this creche for almost a year now. We were so incredibly reluctant and wary about sending our little one to creche and for me to go back to work, it was a major decision for us to make. I visited nearly all the creches in our area before deciding which one to choose, and I can absolutely say without a doubt that we chose the right one for our family! The staff in this daycare are amazing! The most professional and well managed creche that i have known. Great communication, amazing food menus with freshly cooked meals daily, and the play activities are always varied. They all work so hard to provide the best quality care for the kiddies. My little girls development has really improved with the help of these girls; she is so social, playful and clever! :) I know my little one is safe and happy in this creche - she loves all the staff so much. Definitely recommend this fabulous daycare, and thank you!! :)”

“My son had his birthday party at laser tag. Each of the children had a great fun time battling it out to win. Lainey our organiser was more than helpful, couldn't fault our experience at all. Would highly recommend to anyone.Thank you for making my sons b/day memorable”

“Since the refurbishment 5 years ago it’s been well maintained and looked after. The place is spotless and the staff are friendly and inviting. The screen quality is fantastic and the seating is phenomenal.”

“Good Asda supermarket with a petrol station and carwash in Bangor. There's a £1 carpark charge for 3 hours parking, but it's discounted if you spend £5 in the supermarket.”

“I needed a wee baby buggy quickly and I ordered and picked up in store within 30 mins. A lovely polite young gentleman helped me put the buggy together in store as I was juggling a fractious 13 month old. He also discretely fitted the front wheels that I mistakenly thought were spares but turned out to be quite important !! Thank you very much Gareth ( I hope I remembered your name correctly ) your help was very much appreciated on a stressful day.”

“We had a brilliant time at the puzzle tree - Amazing escape room! Paul welcomed us on arrival and was so friendly - the Wardrobe escape room was really well put together and was the right balance between being challenging and fun! Would highly recommend ☺️”

“Love the yoghurt tree for a family treat. Plenty of flavours to choose from and the children love picking their extras. Also does nice coffee.”

“Great for children's birthday parties, you can hire a bouncy castle and it fits in well. The kitchen was a good size which is great for people to be able to prepare and get the food all organised. it was a great day.”

“I can not recommend cabbage patch day nursery highly enough. All of my children have been through the cabbage patch at some point and my youngest is still there and will be attending their playgroup in September. The building is bright, cheerful and inviting and the staff are very pleasant and attentive to all of the children’s needs. There are always plenty of fun activities planned for the children and the choice of food and snacks for the kids is great too. Definitely check out the cabbage patch - you won’t regret it!”

“Myself and my husband decided to stay here for our 1 year anniversary and it did not disappoint. The spa is absolutely amazing and not too over crowded, the food was fantastic. The service from all the staff from we checked in to we left was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the room was extremely warm, however there was a fan provided. But overall it was amazing and we will definitely return.”

“Was here to play pickleball, the courts are good and marked just for pickle which is better than having it on an old badminton court. The padel courts look good too. It’s a bit noisy when you’re playing if the go karts are going. But it’s good if you’re playing against someone you don’t really want to talk to.”

“We purchased a ‘little tikes’ Cozy Coupe, for our 2 year old grandson, at the weekend. I started to put the little car together on Sunday, and as the instruction leaflet said that the approx assembly time was 50 minutes, I thought no problem !! Nearly 3 hours later, I was still struggling with it, with bits not fitting properly ‘for me’. I took the half built car, the numerous parts & the box that everything came in, back to the Smyths store the following day, thinking that my purchase may have been faulty. A very friendly staff member at the tills contacted one of his colleagues (Louis) to come to my rescue. Louis appeared & straight away started to put the little car together without any questions & had my grandson’s new wee pressie up & running within 30 minutes !! Louis did this without any fuss. He was a lovely, friendly fellow. Brilliant service & a life saver for me.”

“Snuggles is fantastic, such a homely environment and just feels like one big family. The staff are brilliant and truly look after my little one as if he were their own and are so instinctive with what he needs. There are lots of varied activities here and I feel that he gets a lot from it and we as parents have peace of mind for his safety and development.”

“Our little one has been at LKK for almost six months and absolutely loves it – as do we. The carers are all so supportive and genuinely lovely, and it’s clear they really care for our son. It didn’t take long before he was arriving with a big smile on his face and not wanting to leave at the end of the day because he was having so much fun. Most days he enjoys outings, a variety of arts and crafts, educational activities, and a good mix of foods. The staff are wonderful and always there to guide us through any new developments in his growth. We couldn’t be happier.”

“All three of my children began their swimming careers with Amy and Water babies NI. As a parent I thoroughly enjoyed the classes as did my husband and children. All three are now competitive swimmers having been able to join their swim club much earlier than their peers because of the excellent start they had from waterbabies. We will always be grateful to Amy and her team for our kids great start to swimming!”
