I popped in for a simple coffee to go and ended up waiting far longer than should be acceptable – especially when the place wasn’t even busy. It was uncomfortable to watch what seemed to be the owner standing over the young girls working, clearly putting them under even more pressure instead of helping. It’s obvious they employ very young staff, likely to keep wages down, but it comes at the cost of speed, accuracy, and overall service quality. Despite their best efforts, they were struggling, and it was awkward to see how uncomfortable they looked while trying to keep up. To make matters worse, I paid nearly £4 for a coffee that wasn’t even made correctly. For that price, I expect efficiency and quality, neither of which I received . I won’t be back, and I’d advise others to think twice before spending their money here.

Once again, the yogurt tree is my favourite place in Bangor but after last night I will not be coming back. I had come in for a coffee and a bun and walked out feeling shocked and disgusted. 2 staff members were working and I had overheard them being shouted at by what looked like a staff member. Other customers heard the conversation along with customers approaching the staff members to see if they were ok. It looked like they had been crying after this situation. I coming here but after last night I will not be returning and I am deeply let down.

Tonight i decided to go to The Yogurt Tree, i was absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of the "manager" there. I was there for 8 and there was 2 young females working, as they were tidying up their manager came in and started screaming and swearing at them as they had apparently cleaned up too early. There were multiple customers there that were all shocked looking at eachother. I was absolutely appalled. The two girls clearly looked shaken up by getting screamed at by a man who looked in his late 50s, I left after speaking to the two girls and i won't be back!.

Sadly, I can only give 5 stars when this place deserves so much more. The frozen yoghurts and toppings are to die for, and the coffee/tea and tray bakes/scones are out of this world. Staff members are lovely and really helpful. Love the place.

A lovely little cafe that offers savouries, home made cakes and frozen flavoured yoghurts. Also has an escape room above it which I plan on trying .

This little artisan coffee shop is outstanding. They always vary their batch coffee to keep things exciting and everything is made in house
