“I needed a wee baby buggy quickly and I ordered and picked up in store within 30 mins. A lovely polite young gentleman helped me put the buggy together in store as I was juggling a fractious 13 month old. He also discretely fitted the front wheels that I mistakenly thought were spares but turned out to be quite important !! Thank you very much Gareth ( I hope I remembered your name correctly ) your help was very much appreciated on a stressful day.”

“We got our wedding suits from Focus for our June 2025 wedding and couldn’t be happier with the experience. There were five suits in total, including the groom, and from our very first visit, John was absolutely fantastic. He really knows his stuff and gave great advice on which suits would work best for the wedding. He helped us find the perfect balance making sure the groom had a standout suit that still coordinated well with the groomsmen. The end result was sharp and cohesive. All the suits were perfectly fitted, and from the moment we came in for the fitting, we felt completely comfortable. John, along with the rest of the team, was professional, friendly, and really helpful throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was just right made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.”

“This a a beautiful shop (I think it may be called something else now). The text on panels above about Anna and Clara makes walking through the shop like a beautiful storymap which our children loved. We were expecting it to be expensive, but it's quite affordable! It's the only place in town you can find a straw brush (small brush for washing bottle straws) and sells around 50p! Still looking for a bottle brush :) lovely stationery and all kinds of things, even cooking spices!”

She listened to our requirements, taking us to suitable mattresses to try out & giving us plenty of opportunity to test them & allowed us space to make our decision. She was very knowledgeable about the mattresses we were trying & explained everything well.”

“Ordered a bed from mccullys Bangor around 4.5 years ago, have loved it! Recently there was some damage caused by myself- contacted the shop on Facebook about ordering a replacement part but unfortunately the bed was discontinued. However, they sent out two boys to fix the problem at no charge. Everyone so polite and helpful from start to finish. Have bought plenty of furniture and decor from here over the past and will continue to do so based on quality of product and staff! Highly recommend”

“Our design brief was to give us as much storage as possible and Gary designed a kitchen with an amazing amount of cupboard space. The design was excellent, the kitchen was fitted expertly and the after service was very good. We had initially indicated we would choose one type of flooring and the kickboards were fitted to accommodate that. We changed our minds and had porcelain tiles fitted instead, meaning the kickboards then didnt fit. Once the tiling was finished Gary arranged for the kickboards to be cut to size and replaced and we are delighted with our new kitchen. It was a potentially stressful experience but Gary and the fitters made it as pleasant as possible, doing everything when arranged and with Gary, in particular, dealing with it all with good humour. I'd be happy to recommend this company to anyone!”
