“It was refreshing to find somebody who knew the products but was not trying to give you a hard sell in the shop. We ordered the mattress and associated bedding on the Monday it was delivered eight days later. We were advised of the delivery in the morning. Within two hours the goods arrived. The guys delivering were friendly and helpful. Despite having a full van load for the day they did not rush our delivery.”

“What a great find local to me too ! I approached Emily to ask if she would upholster my garden furniture, as my cushions were torn and marked. She quoted me within a few hours and I bought the all weather material and dropped it all off . The seat cushions were done in no time and have to say look absolutely amazing on my reclining garden chairs . I can’t speak highly enough of the workmanship that has gone into this transformation. All the staff I’ve met have been very welcoming and polite too . I would highly recommend Emily for any furniture upholstery work . Oh and the shop is lovely too ! Some great unique items to buy . “We had driven by Dennetts Furniture shop many times in the past but had never gone in. When looking for a sofa bed recently we thought Dennetts was worth a try, especially after looking at the reviews on here. We're now happy to add our own review: We found the owner (Jon) friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, and there was a good choice of quality furniture at reasonable prices. We chose a sofa bed which was delivered at our convenience, but unlike some other 'drop and run' delivery experiences, Dennetts' staff took time and trouble and made sure everything was to our satisfaction before we paid the balance. We would definitely shop here again. It also feels good to support a local independent family business.”

They number the tables and you chose the one you want as they are all so individual .Prompt delivery , very friendly despite the struggle of a very heavy item that had to be bought in around the back!! “Excellent service. Quality mattresses- memory foam and king size mattresses purchased. There was a delivery fee as we live just outside of Birmingham, however the owners were upfront about this and went out of their way to help. Items were delivered within a week on a day that suited me.”

“Have used the Kings Heath branch of Delight Sleep a couple of years ago ordering two double beds and one king size bed. The customer service then was second to none with the owner making a personal visit to our home to make sure that the king size bed could fit and it did. Used the same store again last month in helping my Mom purchase a new bed and bedroom furniture the service was exceptional. Made a personal visit to my Mom’s home and helped with the measurements. No pushy sales pitch, gave good and sound advice to my Mom who is very happy with her purchase.
