   Absolutely Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had another fantastic experience at Cookes, thanks to Lisa and the Natuzzi sofa team. Choosing our new bedroom and living room furniture was a pleasure—despite visiting several times to be sure of our decisions, the team were always welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful, showing us a wide range of options each time. We’ve been loyal customers for over 15 years, and once again the service completely lived up to our expectations. A huge thank you to Reilly and Andy, who delivered our furniture over two visits this week. They were friendly, professional, and extremely courteous, leaving everything spotless with no mess at all. We’d be delighted to have them deliver again. Thanks also to Nigel in warehouse delivery planning, who is always helpful and efficient. The café area was a lovely touch too! We wouldn’t hesitate to return for future purchases and highly recommend Cookes to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional customer service.

   Absolutely delighted with both product and service. Purchased a beautiful sideboard from Cooke’s and couldn’t be happier. Quality is fantastic and service has been outstanding. Andy and Riley were superb, nothing was too much trouble and were extremely polite and professional.    Staff in the showroom were extremely helpful and after placing our order we subsequently had to make slight changes. This was handled efficiently as was our request for a fabric sample. Our order was delivered today by Phil and Ade who took great care in manoevering the furniture over the threshold. It was all checked over prior to their departure and we were delighted with the entire experience.

   Excellent experience from start to finish. No pressure to purchase in store. Ordering and delivery procedure explained fully and concisely. Order delivered as dated with Christmas holidays taken into account. Good communications with store and staff during manufacture and delivery period. Delivery personnel called beforehand as promised. John and James were friendly, courteous, efficient and very careful throughout the whole delivery period. They explained all about the care of the suite clearly and removed the old suite as requested. Both are a credit to the company. Thank you Cookes...!

   Fantastic service from start to finish, the delivery was perfect. The lads were very considerate, polite and professional. They ensured the furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it and took all the packing materials away. Quality is excellent plus we took out the small additional extra warranty to give us the peace of mind that if we spill anything we are covered. Highly recommend.
