   A fantastic experience from start to finish. Emily made us very welcome at the Sutton showroom and was patient and super helpful as we narrowed down our options and changed our minds multiple times. If you can’t find your sofa here, you can’t find it anywhere. Literally any fabric in the world is available and you can tailor almost every element of the sofas to have exactly what you want for your scheme. Once ordered, we were kept well informed about delivery and our great experience was topped off in style by Vinnie and Matt who delivered the sofas. They were communicative en route, on time, professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and they did not leave until they were satisfied that we were delighted. Wonderful service throughout from everyone we have dealt with and truly beautiful, quality products. Thanks to all at Sofas and Stuff. We will be back!

   We have now had two sofas from Sofas and Stuff and we absolutely love them. They look fantastic, the choice of patterns was incredible, and most importantly they are so comfy! Our delivery by Jake and Tom was super smooth, really friendly and helpful guys. We’ll definitely use S&S again in future.

   I’ve been so pleased with the whole process and would happily recommend Sofas and Stuff to others. I'd tried many sofa companies for a particular shade of red, to no avail. But Liberty and the staff at Sofas and Stuff went out of their way to find me just the colour I wanted, they were so patient and helpful throughout and also made me very welcome when I called into the showroom. I couldn’t accept the first date offered for delivery, but it was no problem to call and arrange a new date to suit me. The delivery men arrived on time, were friendly and efficient and took all the packaging away with them. I'm delighted with my sofas and would happily recommend this company.

   Really disappointed with our sofa. When we sat on the one in the store, it was really comfortable. Unfortunately, ours is the most uncomfortable sofa we have ever purchased (the most expensive too). We returned to the store several months later and they offered to replace the cushions (at cost price). We took a cushion in so that they could compare it to the one in the shop. Although it was clearly not the same, the assistant manager tried it and said that she couldn’t tell the difference. She then asked two of her work colleagues to see if they could tell the difference. As they were clearly biased, they agreed with her! We would not recommend this store!

   We visited last Saturday on a very miserable, rainy day but we were welcomed into the showroom and made to feel like old friends. We were left to browse and when we had narrowed down our choice Emily was on hand with her fantastic knowledge of her products & fabrics, her fabulous customer service skills and advice. She then sent us via email a 'mock up' of how our sofa will look and is sending us samples of our chosen materials through the post. It was a lovely experience. Thank you Sofas and Stuff, especially Emily for all you help.

   We have received excellent service and found all of the staff very helpful when trying to narrow down our choice of fabric from a vast list of possibilities. There is no pressure to decide. Instead we received only patience and guidance. The delivery process is flexible, punctual and very efficient. I would definitely recommend Sofas & Stuff to anyone and will be returning in future as the quality of the furniture is very high and is matched by the level of service.
