Can not recommend these guys enough! I purchased 2 coffee tables, the experience from the beginning till the end was great. Delivery arrived within a week of placing the order and the delivery men were very polite and even assembled my tables for me. I also bought the Erin recliner sofa set a few months ago from this shop and I’m so pleased the quality of it. The gentleman in the shop helped us to find the exact sofa we wanted. Highly recommend !!
Awful place to buy furniture we purchased a I shape sofa around end of November by Christmas the sofa cushions had gone completely flat and uncomfortable. I messaged beginning of Jan and had to wait till end of Jan to get a response.. they then sent out someone to look at the sofa who said there was no issue even though he clearly seen the issue when he sat on the sofa. Dilusso said they would sort the issue regardless of the feedback I then didnt hear anything until may then waited another 3 weeks till June to get an actual response on the 18th June they delivered us a replacement which is worse than the original! as by the 6th July I was messaging complaining yet again! they said they would contact supplier and let me know Monday.. no reply.. my partner contacted supplier who said dilusso wouldn't be in contact but of course they didn't! I have now messaged again and got the reply" what is the problem now" yet I had already contacted them with the problem... awful sofa! awful place! awful customer service! AVOID
Fantastic service, ordered super king size divan bed and headboard, delivered and set up within 3 days of order pre-Christmas. I am fairly sure that no one else can match the efficiency, very friendly service, good price, would not hesitate to order again if required
Very good service, I ordered 4 dining chairs they came very quick .When all arrived two of them had minor problem that does not fitted cover on chairs properly,i said i am not happy and they changed all of them with new ones in few days. I fully recommend this shop to any .

A wonderful and friendly environment where you feel like your at the comfort of your own home. It’s a walm welcome from the staff here. Ordered 3 time 3 pieces sofas for my home and Faz was a legend , explained the quality of the material and which would look best for my room. Faz came out measured my room to see if the sofas would fit and brought the example clothes for the sofas. Wonderful service and also been updated regarding my order and when I would be expecting my delivery. Great work lads and thank you Faz.
