   I’ve had multiple piercings from Kat over the years, as well as a tattoo by a former studio artist. I’ll most definitely be going back for more. Kat has decades of knowledge, and is very professional. The studio is really nice, comfortable and immaculate too.

   Had a tattoo done here yesterday and it was one of my best experiences! team was really lovely- the booking process was really simple to do - i got mine done by Elle and it turned out exactly how I wanted! she was very reassuring to me as it was my first time getting a tattoo and it looks amazing ❤️

   Kat is excellent as a piercer; quick, precise and gentle. One of the best! I have gotten multiple piercings here. However, as reason for the mediocre ratings, I find that the health advice given here is not adequate. If there is an issue with piercings it is usually blamed as a keloid (a keloid is permanent scar that needs to be surgically removed). I do find it concerning if a piercer is unable to tell the difference between this and infections or hypertrophic bumps. For this reason I have chosen to go elsewhere for medical advice. Some jewellery given can also not be suitable. I got my nose pierced with an L bar which is usually terrible for healing and causes irritation. I was told it was the fault of knocking it, (supposedly flatbacks are dangerous) I never have. I simply have to keep moving the bar back in place as it twirls in my nose. This later caused a puss filled infection ( Edit : of which I sent pictures ) so I shall change it elsewhere. I didn't go back as I was in tears and made to feel uncomfortable about knowing that I had an infection and needed a different jewellery (I have severe anxiety and autism). I wish the piercer would take criticism a little less personally. It's a shame as I think she is one of the best piercers. The prices are very modest.

   Absolutely fantastic service - my daughter had a problem with her ears after having them pierced elsewhere. Kat saw us straight away, gave great advice and put some proper earrings in for my daughter. She put my daughter totally at ease and made her feel safe as she was scared. Everything was clean and clinical - wish I’d come here in the first place!

   I have never had a tattoo before so it was my first time . The staff are so lovely and welcoming which, put me at ease for sure. My tattoo artist was Bella and she was so friendly and welcoming too which, made me feel less anxious about getting my tattoo done. I love how my angel wings tattoo turned out and would recommend Bella for sure.

   Had an appointment for 2 tattoos with Bella. She was lovely and made sure I was as comfortable as possible, offering to pause at any time and took great care in getting the tattoo done perfectly. Also gave me all the information I needed for aftercare. Friendly but professional environment, a very cozy studio. Genuinely could not be happier and will 100% be seeing her for more tattoos in the future :) 5/5 doesn't do it justice

   Had one of the free tattoo from the apprentice Zoe as part of her way of gaining clients and experience and was super happy with the results. The detail and care she took was amazing and I will definitely be going back in future to get another. All the staff were loverly the shop is highly recommend by me

   This place is amazing. Have been here before for Tattoos and piercings but today I had a tattoo from Zoe, their apprentice and she definitely knows her stuff. She went through everything and was so professional. Also had my Septum pierced by Kat, who is just lovely, always puts you at ease.

   I absolutely love this place. I've been here multiple times, to get my ears pierced, nose pierced and to get my tattoos. Kat is amazing at making you feel comfortable for piercings, I got my seconds done and theyve both healed up nicely. I was scared to get my nose done but Kat is so professional it was almost pain free. I had my first tattoos done here and Dean is brilliant. I'm so pleased with how they come out and how comfortable he makes me feel. Everybody in the shop is so chatty and friendly, I couldnt wish for somewhere better.
