“A most lovely place to visit and buy from- I visited this gallery shop a few weeks ago with my wife- and noted there was a lot of jewellery she liked here, not wanting to buy her a gift in front of her, I decided to get it for her in secret for a surprise. So last week I phoned up this shop and Sara, the owner was most helpful in to make sure I got exactly the right item for her. Not only did she remember us and my wife's preference for several pieces, she gift wrapped them beautifully and made sure it was posted in time for my wife's birthday, I would have been stuck because I knew there was rather a lot my wife liked from here and probably would have found it hard to make a decision online alone!”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable environment to relax after a long day. The location was excellent, close to major attractions yet peaceful enough for rest. Breakfast offered a good variety of tasty options, and the dining area was always neat. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and genuine care. Overall, a truly memorable and pleasant experience.”

“Great location within walking distance of the NIA with lots of restaurants and bars along the way. The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. We were on the 14th floor so we had a good view from the window. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast was very good and they had a vegetarian option too. The hotel was very busy but expected this being in the centre of Birmingham. Car park is a short walk (about 5 mins) from the hotel and we pre-booked this, which is advisable.”

“Spot On. Clean, great room, comfy bed, great coffee machine, loved the style of the building and location. Coffee shop round the corner. Parking on the road outside. Checked in on my phone, even called the lift on my phone! 15 min walk from the utilita arena. 20 min walk into town. 10/10.”

“This is the second time I've stayed here and both times it was been really good. Staff are very friendly, rooms are clean and quiet at night. Breakfast was good too. There was some noise outside the hotel but that's to be expected in the city centre.”

“This wasn’t my first tattoo, but it was my first time being tattooed by a woman, and it was an amazing experience! Dark Rose Tattoo is a studio I can wholeheartedly recommend. I was a bit worried about the pain, but any nerves I had quickly disappeared – the atmosphere was welcoming, and the artist was both professional and meticulous. She explained the entire process, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The tattoo turned out beautifully, exactly as I’d imagined! I’ll definitely be back for another one. “Had a wonderful experience at JQ Diamonds and had a gorgeous ring custom designed for my engagement ring. Sonu was really helpful through the whole process, explaining the costs of various diamonds and shapes and how we could meet our budget. She is an absolute queen of fine line work and has lush energy to fully feel safe and at ease throughout.
