Bought my first charm bracelet ever, so much to choose from both in the store and electronically which they can see if they have in stock for you. Will was so friendly and helpful and made my experience really special, freshly polished the bracelet for me too!
I visit this shop on a regular basis to purchase beautifully designed jewellery for myself and other family members. The quality and unique designs are fantastic. The staff are always attentive, professional and friendly. Recently Abby has helped with a watch strap adjustment and Will with a new purchase of a necklace for my son. I highly recommend this store for staff and products alike.
I went to Thomas sabo in birmingham bullring with my hubby, went in for the new Wednesday charms, i was served by a beautiful lady called Lisa, she was so lovely & so very helpful. Would love to thank her, she was amazing, appreciated how excited I was getting my item. Thank u lisa, I will wear my charm with pride! Went in to store to find a watch, the store rep Will was fantastic. We were offered a drink, and not only that he was super helpful and knew a lot about the watches and answered all our questions, nothing was too much trouble. Fab, ordered 2 new rings
I am using my friends account. I Went in yesterday as I was looking for an empty cuff link box as what I ordered came damaged and due to time I wasn’t able to purchase another in time I went to H Samual, Pandora and Ernest jones looking to buy an cuff link box every shop has them they just don’t want to give them out but yesterday when I walked into this shop I was welcomed with a smile from Callum I then explained my situation Holly was also present they both understood my situation and gave me a small box for my cuff links. So big shout out to Callum and Holly at the Birmingham Bull ring store you were both amazing thanks to you both I could put my cuff links inside the box and gift it. If you want amazing service then these are your people. Thank you once again for the cuff link box much appreciated.
Ordered an item on the Thomas Sabo website. The item never arrived. Had to chase my purchase by contacting the company via email. Thomas Sabo blames UPS. Eventually got a refund. If you want to buy something from this computer any go to one of their shops do not buy from their website.
The staff provide great customer service, they're very helpful, kind and polite. Great jewellery products which cater to many different people. Highly recommended
As a bloke of a certain age, always find this a brilliant place to shop for presents, as the staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. May not be the cheapest jewelry around, but you know it's going to be well received.
