Nina and Mark, the manager provided unparalleled service when I bought my ring. They went beyond and even posted a different size to me. Their service reflects how I’d expect a high end brand to be.
I've had 2 experiences at this Tiffany's. The first was amazing. We were probably buying the least expensive piece into the store and we were treated like we were spending millions. Tom took us aside. Showed me the necklace I first saw in the Tiffany's in Manhattan, over 10 years ago. He made sure it was perfect and wrapped it up and that was it. The second time was to return the matching bracelet I brought online. The women inspected it saw that I had worn it maybe twice and said she'd replace it (it broke within a month) but then when I showed her the box she was puzzled why it didn't look the same. She matched it against one in store and looked puzzled. I don't know what she thought but all I could say was 'i don't know' I brought it from Tiffany's online, gave her the receipt. It came in the post, the blue jewellery bag and the gift bag matches but the box didn't. It was very strange. However she gave me a new box, gave me a new receipt and I wished me a good rest of the day. It wasn't a bad experience just very weird, like she was trying to catch me out of something. (There was nothing to catch me out on). Very odd.
The team at Tiffany’s were amazing as they always are there . Charlotte was patient and helped us chose my perfect 50 th gift . We will be back to spend more !

I've been looking at a particular item for a week or two, debating whether to order for my girlfriend as a birthday present. Upon the day of purchasing, I'd noticed a price increase across the majority if not all items. When speaking with them on the phone, I was told the price increase was active as of two days ago, which is fine. Prices in this day an age do fluctuate quite a bit. It was a shame to see such a lack of help from Tiffany & Co. I explained my situation and said it was a shame that I'd missed out on a particular price by such a short time, as they say they have these price increases once every 6 months. I was told there was absolutely nothing they could do for me to help, apart from offering me 'express' delivery for an additional £15. The products Tiffany offer are great, don't get me wrong. But increasing the price of an item that was already stocked before the increase took place, and not willing to help has gave me no choice but to shop elsewhere. I was hoping to be a returning customer but service is a big part of the sale for me, along with the item(s) theirselves.
We had a fantastic time today at Tiffany's in the Bullring, Birmingham. We were looked after by Tom (one of the nicest guys I've met). Great service with no pressure. We went in with a small budget to buy something special and were made to feel welcome, both our children and us were offered drinks after a long day shopping. We will definitely be returning for more items in the future. Tom really went the extra mile for us and we cannot thank him enough.
Great reception from the staff, I had all the help I needed to buy an engagement ring and she said yes!
