Incredibly helpful and friendly. I have visited Past and present a few times now for advice on various different pieces I have or I'm looking for and they have always been so helpful, never trying to push anything that I don't need/ want. Most recent visit was to have my engagement ring fixed with a new gem stone and two claws fixed. They were Incredibly helpful in choosing a new stone, offering genuine advice without being pushy. Finally I settled on a stone that was absolutely perfectly suited for my ring. The craftsmanship was expertly carried out and at an amazingly good price! Would definitely recommend Past and Present for anyone looking for jewellery, pieces fixed or even just a clean up! Fantastic place with warm, welcoming and knowledgeable staff.
I love this shop! My fiancé bought my engagement ring from here and I absolutely adore it! The ring was sized for free on site and was done very quickly which was great. I have been back to buy silver necklaces and matching earrings for my bridesmaids as they were such good value! I will be back to choose my wedding jewellery and pick a gift for my hubby to be :)
I went to Past and Present to buy my fiancés engagement ring, and I could not recommend them more. They were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and the jewellery was such good value compared to other shops I had been to. Steve had the ring made for me and it was even better than I had imagined. My fiancé absolutely loved it and she wants to come back and get her wedding jewellery from them! Great shop for all ranges of jewellery and repairs. Have had a couple of repairs done recently and very pleased with them. Good go to for presents too, all price ranges.
