Abbie and the entire team were exceptional in the level of professional and friendly service and care. Within 5 minutes of entering the shop I was presented with exactly what I had been looking for and within another 30 minutes the bracelet had been adjusted for my requirements by the in house workshop team. In addition the workshop re-sized a ring whilst I was having lunch around the corner and texted me when ready for collection, all cleaned and sparkling like a new ring. “This is my second visit to Sarah but this time I decided to do a glass making class. Sarah is super knowledgeable about her craft and I learnt a lot in the time I was there. It was a privilege to be taught and nurtured by our tutor, Sam, who is incredibly skilled, patient and supportive. “We went to Diamond Heaven in Birmingham to buy birthday gifts. We were served by Baseem who really helped us select them. Nothing was too much trouble and he showed us all the different styles. He helped us choose a design which is a pear shaped diamond in a halo setting and it is absolutely outstanding. My granddaughter said it was her best shop ever. Another chose a pear shaped diamond in a simple claw setting which is stunning. We were so pleased we returned and were served by Sofija who was equally helpful.
