   I took my ring in to be resized smaller and was so impressed that it was completed within just 30 minutes. When I collected it, I later realised the same day that it felt too tight. I took it back and the staff were incredibly understanding, kind, and helpful, which I really appreciated. Excellent service from start to finish. They also cleaned it up and made it super sparkly again, thank you so much.

   Fantastic service - I mailed them a diamond ring for a stone to be reset and needed a very quick turnaround, they set the stone and mailed back the same day special delivery. Vey fast, excellent work and extremely trustworthy. Thank you!! Oh - and good value too. :-)

   This is my first time ever writing a Google review - and I'm giving it to this amazing shop! I walked all the way from the city centre (about half an hour) and arrived around 3:30pm. The shop closes at 4, but when I got there, the door was locked, and I thought I had missed my chance... Then suddenly, the owner came back! I was so lucky! My ring was badly bent and also needed resizing. The owner fixed everything on the spot - super quick and professional. Now it looks brand new and I'm honestly so happy! The owner is incredibly kind, patient and helpful. I felt completely at ease the whole time. I100% recommend this place - trustworthy, skilled and lovely service.

   I couldn't be more grateful for the efficiency, service & quality of product I have received from this jewellers! After being messed around and given attitude by a well known 'high street' jewellers, I had just 4 weeks until my wedding day with no wedding ring! I found a ring I loved on A&A website, placed my order and explained my situation. I had a call the next day to say the ring was ready to collect and they would rather me come in to try it on to ensure it is right for my wedding day. I have been to collect it today and it is just perfect. Whilst there, I asked about costing of resizing my engagement ring and they said it could be done within the next half an hour. They had cleaned my ring too and it looks brand new again. Thank you so much, we will be back in the future for jewellery as your customer service and clear love for what you do is outstanding ❤

   Adrian made to my design an Infinity Knot with Heart pendant in 9 carat gold for my golden wedding anniversary He alternated a diamond with a turquoise stone at my request and the workmanship was perfect The pendant is not small measuring approximately 42mm long x 21mm high and me and my husband are delighted with it
