   I purchased a chain from SP Green a while ago now, the overall experience was second to none! I recently went in to get it polished as I had scratched it and they sorted it straight away. The after sales care was the best I had experienced from a jewellers! Our whole family have been using them for years and we’ve always had a brilliant experience. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone after any jewellery or repairs/resizing. Thanks!

   I can’t recommend this jewellers enough, I visiting this morning and Seb was more than helpful. Not only did he help me pick out a stunning piece of jewellery for my fiancée but he also went above and beyond to make sure the presentation was another level.    Went there to choose an engagement ring All the sales ladies were really knowledgeable and helpful, especially Susan. They got a big range of settings and can even show you the sample by putting some in-store diamonds on it. Highly recommended the shop if you are looking for engagement or wedding rings.

   Wow, I cannot thank S.P. Green enough for creating such a beautiful ring! My husband and I went to the jewellery quarter to buy a new wedding ring. We looked at some Google reviews and this one had the highest so we decided to look there first. There is a reason why the reviews are so good. We were met by Seb, a very friendly and helpful guy who made us feel at ease. I explained what I wanted and the budget (£400) we had and had an idea about making us a beautiful diamond ring that was exactly our budget! We were so impressed, we didn't even bother looking anywhere else as Seb made us feel so safe with him that we trusted him completely Originally the diamond was going to be set on a 9ct white gold ring, but a few days later, Seb phoned and said he had a platinum ring that would look amazing at no extra cost! I can't get over how amazing everyone is, everyone is so helpful and genuinely looks like they love their job I would recommend anyone to give S P Green a try and I promise you won't be disappointed Thank you Seb and team ❤️

   What fabulous staff. So friendly and helpful. I had lost the stone from my solitaire engagement ring which my late husband had bought me. It was very important to me to keep the same ring and design as it has great sentimental value to me. . The lovely lady (sorry I’ve forgotten her name) introduced me to Luke who listened to me and understood how important and emotional my ring was to me. He showed me a selection of diamonds to choose from to give me an idea of how they would look. He melted my ring down and rebuilt it from a 3d picture he’d taken, this was so that it was still the same ring that my late husband had bought me all those years ago. He then added a new diamond to the setting. I was very nervous on collecting my ring but I shouldn’t have been…Luke did an absolutely fabulous job so much so I burst into tears. I can’t praise Luke’s skills enough . He also took time out of his busy day to see when I returned that I was happy with his work. I am ecstatic ….my engagement ring is still my engagement ring. Thank you so much Luke and the lovely lady in the Birmingham shop.

Her expertise, pricing and product are way beyond anything I could have imagined. She made the stressful process of buying an engagement ring effortless.    Fantastic service from Sue, we bought my engagement ring from here 10 years ago and my partner had my eternity ring made to match, I had no idea they, did it all from photos and descriptions from my partner and the result is fantastic. Highly recommended
