   I purchased a beautiful bespoke ring 4 years ago. A few weeks ago I got my hand trapped in a wheelchair and it bent my ring significantly. I got in touch for the repair and from start to finish everyone there has been great. Really fast email replies, getting me an appointment within days and really transparent when it came to what they could do. It went to the jeweller on Tuesday and got it back in the post in a beautiful presentation box on Thursday!And it was like new! I fell in love with it all over again. Ive been so happy with the service and all the girls have been so polite, I can't recommend enough.

   Ordered my ring on Saturday and it arrived Thursday after a resize. Much quicker than expected! Was contacted once it was ready to ask on my preferred/available day of delivery. I was absolutely over the moon once I saw the ring!! It was more beautiful than the pictures online. I didn’t realise that the ring came with a 10 year warranty which was a lovely surprise. Overall an excellent experience with Aardvark Jewellery.

   I bought a custom engagement ring through Aardvark, both myself and my partner love the ring and think it looks amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I'd recommend going to them. Just to add I didn't go to their store but use their website and my communication was all done through email which was easy and straightforward.    We made an appointment to see Ashley regarding an engagement ring and he was very helpful. He let me try on lots of different styles and showed me stones he had available. Really knowledgeable and had the most amazing jewellery. My boyfriend then proposed with the ring I had designed the summer after and it’s absolutely exquisite. The most beautiful ring I have ever seen and I get a lot of compliments about it. Thank you Ashley.

   I decided to go with Aardvark Jewellery after much researching online for a tasteful sapphire gemstone ring, eventually finding Ashley's store through Etsy then on to their main website. In terms of selection I found Aardvark Jewellery to have a fantastic selection, easily picking out several example rings that matched my specific ring requirements. Ashley was quick to respond and to agree the specs of my custom ring, providing me with a choice of sapphire gemstones to select from and their prices. No problems with warranty, gemstone certificates, communication, turnaround time etc. Would recommend and use Aardvark Jewellery again. Need to get in touch with Ashley about getting some sizing beads added to the ring and I'm not expecting any issues with that. And of course, the ring looks wonderful in person, especially after she said yes!
