   I brought my now fiancé her engagement ring from Jq, and I really would recommend for others looking to buy an engagement or jewellery in general, they explained any questions we had in detail and with full honest answers from them. They helped us by keeping in touch and giving regular updates on our order. We talked with kiedis and she was very helpful and kind and got us the best price for what we was looking for. Would really recommend if you are looking for an honest genuine well made jewellers.

   Our experience at JQ Diamonds was fantastic. Milkiyas was friendly, helpful, and clearly knowledgeable about diamonds. He guided us through every detail and understood what I wanted right away. I sent him pictures and videos of the diamond ring I had in mind, and he was able to find similar styles for me. This made our experience in the store much more relaxed. The ring was made within a week, perfect for our engagement. He also guided us through selecting our wedding bands. Great communication and no issues at all.

Sonu was really helpful through the whole process, explaining the costs of various diamonds and shapes and how we could meet our budget.    I went ring shopping with my partner for just browsing and I came across this shop. Matthew made the perfect ring and explained the whole process for us and took the time to show us different designs. He was an expert in the field and I was impressed with the customer service. My engagement ring is everything I’ve ever dreamed of, and it also comes with free cleaning/ polishing service. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Everyone we’ve communicated with over the past few weeks has been lovely and the service they provided was so professional without being elitist. Their jewellery is high quality and they have a large range to chose from. Even when Matt couldn’t find exactly what I wanted, he made something bespoke which exceeded my expectations.
