“R had lost weight, then lost his wedding ring. I looked online for a replacement but there was nothing even near to the design, but we were visiting Heart of the Country and I suggested that we popped into the Allen Brown Gallery, where we'd bought the original, not thinking that we'd find the same one all these years on. There was exactly the same ring in a cabinet but not the right size, they offered to order a new one but the new ones were a bright finish. R wanted matt, like his original. That wasn't a problem either. We picked up the ring this week, it was perfect! Thank you to everyone. They were all so helpful, nothing was a problem, they made it all so easy. Brilliant, caring service from really lovely people.”
