She was so helpful during the design process and provided updates and feedback as she was creating it. All of this was done by phone or email so you don’t need to be local to get amazing custom pieces from here. The end result is beautiful and unique and my wife absolutely loves it. “I seem to be in this place every week these days. Great access and parking and easy ways to pay at the end. My small grumble would be that to pick up click and collect it's the same queue as returns so this can be a while which is off putting. Maybe this can be changed to mean a speedy way to collect orders because returns seem to take a bit longer.”
