I seem to be in this place every week these days. Great access and parking and easy ways to pay at the end. My small grumble would be that to pick up click and collect it's the same queue as returns so this can be a while which is off putting. Maybe this can be changed to mean a speedy way to collect orders because returns seem to take a bit longer.
Decathlon absolutely don’t give a damn about thier customers. If you have a problem with one of thier products good luck getting an ounce of empathy or understanding. They will send you around in circles for months and then dismiss your complaints and concerns. I have been a customer for many many years but I’ll be avoiding them from here on!
Really helpful staff and lots of running gear. It’s a bit disappointing that their golf section doesn’t have many clubs and all their hats are own brand.
I discovered Decathlon on line and in store in Belfast last year. Have ordered both on line and in store. The in store stock is vast and the quality is excellent. It's become my go to brand for camping and hiking equipment. Staff are knowledgeable about their stock and always helpful. Thank you!
Great store, huge selections of all sports gears, clothes , camping equipments etc. All great quality too. I always find what I'm looking for.
Purchased a Schwinn bike for my 8 year old for instore collection. All the logistics went perfectly and also received great service from Dillon when collecting the bike. He went over and above fitting a bike stand, adjusting the bars, breaks, and seat to ensure it fitted our daughter well. Dillon even helped pack the bike into the car on the way out - greatly appreciated. I am a big fan of Decathlon products and this service surpassed my expectations too -thank you.
We went to the store to purchase sporting good for my two young boys and myself. About 15 minutes after arriving my youngest needed the toilet. I reached to a young male staff member after a 5 minute hunt for a staff member, however I was told there was no toilets in the building and I was told I needed to head to the far end of the business park and use the bathrooms in the Lidi store.
I found plenty of stuff for sports and outdoor activities here. The price are affordable.
