   While I was on holiday, I got a permanent bracelet as a graduation gift. A day later, when I was in the house doing nothing, the bracelet had fallen off. I looked at my arm and didn’t see it and was shocked as I had paid so much money for it. Thankfully, my friend found it laying on the floor, otherwise I don’t think I would gotten a refund. It was a fight to get my refund despite only having it on for a day and paying nearly £100. I ended up getting one after the woman spoke to her husband for a while at the back of the shop. At first, she said that I had damaged it since it fell off. I repeatedly told her that I didn’t. She then asked me for my signature for the refund receipt, and I signed. She then didn’t give me back my debit card as the signature on the receipt “Wasn’t the same one.” I was incredibly perplexed, as I had worked in retail for over two years and never once had that been an issue. It was clearly my signature- despite not being identical to the one on the card. I didn’t have a good experience here, and wouldn’t go back.

   I have been traveling Ireland for around a week now looking for a ring for my partner, it had been a non successful mission until I visited bonds. Their costumer service was amazing helping me convert American sizing to find the perfect ring. Not only were the staff amazing helping me find a ring but Colin also did a beautiful engraving on my ring. Couldn’t recommend a jewelry store more:)

   My husband got me a charm for Christmas I already had it took it back to Coleraine shop to change it. .they wouldn't change it as my husband couldn't find the receipt although it was in their package with sticker on it I have been shopping there for sometime very disappointed ☹️

   Had a lovely experience at Bonds Jewelers in Coleraine, The staff were extremely professional and The store has a separate suite for the diamond rings which we liked, The staff member Lyndsey was very helpful! We had went in with an idea of a ring I liked but once I had tried it on I didn’t like it at all but Lyndsey picked me out a few others and helped me and my fiancé find the perfect ring! Great experience would defiantly recommend it to any one who is newly engaged!!

   Went in as I'd got a nomination watch from bonds as a present last christmas which recently snapped. I was accused of mistreating it (which I haven't) and told that they wouldnt even send it away without the warranty card which I no longer have. Been shopping there for years and will definitely not be back after this.

   Visited the Coleraine Store this afternoon with my daughter Lily and I couldn’t have asked for better service. The young lady that served us was excellent and made us very welcome. Lily loves visiting the shop as all the girls talks and treats her like a young adult. Highly recommend a visit to any of the Bonds Stores. Will definitely be returning!
