Had a difficulty today ordering a product, a young lady named Alora helped me in the most polite and professional manner. This young lady is a credit to your store.......I wish there were more people willing to help people like this lady. Please allow her to know that people appreciate those hard working helpful staff.

Having had a pretty atrocious experience with Argos via an online order and long and tricky phone conversation I did not hold out much hope for my βin storeβ experience. Well, wasnβt I wrong! I was greeted by a pleasant young man who handed me on to his superior. The lady who dealt with me was delightful, she listened to me, was apologetic on behalf of the company, sorted my problem quickly and completely, and did it all with a smile and such a friendly manner. Exactly the sort of person you need in a retail environment.

Donβt buy anything from Argos. If goods are faulty they keep them for 24 hours and test them before you can return them. Itβs company policy apparently. How do you know they wonβt damage the goods while they have them and say you did it and refuse to replace or refund!

We are giving Argos in ballymena no stars as they donβt deserve it. Me and mummy went in to get a new tv as u see by the picture now we are extremely angry as the tv does not work it didnβt work the voices where way ahead of the mouths and the picture froze now it actually got to the point that u had to turn it off and on and even then it still didnβt work u missed the program u wanted to watch. So we took it back to the shop and we had to see the manager and they plugged it in under the counter and said it was fine even though they did not see a picture they claim that it was the WiFi even though it had nothing to do with it and the manager said β oh itβs the WiFi causing the problem β again words directly from her own mouth but they did not even help they just sent it back with us we told them it didnβt work and it was faulty they did not take our word for it and made a point of checking it even though there was no pictures and said no signal β oh itβs not the tv its fine β and that was the words from the manager herself. They had to check our word for it even though we were right where they help others and not put them through the same protocol it seems they help certain people but not others. Other people can get it replaced without hassle or issues as long as everything is in the box like we had. So they turned round packed the tv and all up and sent it back with us and we are still dealing with this issue that is STILL no better than the start of the issue the thing of it is that it cost Β£279.00 on the dot and yet we are still expected to pay the money for a faulty useless tv that doesnβt work and is no use another thing the manger said was β if u get the better WiFi and it still doesnβt work then take a video of it and bring the tv back and show us the video that u recorded and we will see what can be done β again making out we were seeing things. Had us leaving with as the old saying goes a flea in our ear Not helpful at all It is stupid that we are having to waste money which is ill afforded but they will not take any responsibility for the tv or anything else just expect payments. We are extremely disappointed and angry To anyone thinking of going to Argos I we would strongly recommend u donβt waste ur time, energy or money I would seriously think twice before hand

Two days before Christmas day & only 2 staff as on plus the queue was long as of short staffed. Finally made it to the checkout. A member of staff named Noel did his best to help even under pressure. Noel was Friendly, polite and made sure the everything was complete in good time. Thanks again.

A Female member of staff was quite blunt, this is not good for business.

Unhelpful staff. Left to carry heavy item . Asked for assistance to bring items to car but was told to get trolley which was some distance away and the main item would not fit in a trolley. Was left to drag the items through Sainsburys. Bought similar item in Cookstown stores ,there staff extremely helpful. Offered to help carry item to car without being asked.

I can reserve anything online and pick it up in the shop within 5 minutes. Staff are always nice and helpful. Not the cheapest prices but they have what you need and you can pick stuff up the same day. UPDATE: They seem to have drastically cut staff numbers in this place - wait times have gone through the roof as often there is only one till going. Just be wary if you're tight for time.
