   Harry won a family pass for 4 on cool FM, cool before school, we travelled up from Newcastle to the Craigavon site. The staff were very attentive and looked after us and made us feel very welcome. The Laser tag was fantastic , not just for the kids. we played another family and destroyed them but i think the computer must have been glitching or something as it said my wife was top of the leader board to my Dismay and I'm still Hearing about it lol. highly recommend to Family's we will be back to wright that wrong!!

   I booked Laser Tag for my 8‑year‑old’s birthday party and the staff were absolutely brilliant throughout. They really looked after us and made sure everything ran smoothly. When the boys realised they weren’t enjoying the laser tag, the team were fantastic and quickly arranged for them to go bowling instead, even adjusting the timing of our food. That flexibility made such a difference and we really appreciated it. One small piece of feedback: although there was a staff member in the room, it would be really helpful if, before the activity starts, the children were shown the actual loading stations and given a quick demonstration of how to load their lasers. Seeing it in person rather than just on the video might help younger kids understand it better and ease any nerves. Overall, the staff were excellent and very accommodating, the food was fab and we still had a great party experience.

   Booked new laser tag for my child's birthday. Laser tag was enjoyable though having so many different activities at Airtastic it might be an idea to offer 2 different experiences within the 1 hour timeframe as actual game time in laser tag is around 20 minutes per game. I had requested a gluten free option for one of the guests but it had been overlooked and her food arrived late. Staff were more than pleasant and helpful.

   On the 30th of October 2025, we held our child’s 8th birthday party here — and what can I say, it was fantastic! From the initial phone call with a lovely young lady named Eve, who helped finalise the numbers and provided all the details for the day, to the party itself, everything ran so smoothly. Our party host, Shirin, was absolutely wonderful — she couldn’t have done more for us! She kept the children entertained from the moment they arrived and made sure everything went perfectly. Both Eve and Shirin are a real credit to Airtastic. Thank you so much for making the day stress-free and so much fun. Highly recommended!

   Very nice arcades lots of fun you can have here. In the ground floor they have the arcade machines and the first floor is the bowling, mini golf, soft play and eating area. They provide space's for birthday parties , toilets and ATM. Well located at Marlborough retail easy parking Staff are very friendly and helpful and the space very organised and clean . I would recommend this place definitely

   Excellent place to take children big and small for a few hours. Between trampoline park, the mini golf, a bowling alley and gaming arcade there is something for everyone. All in great nick and with good catering options. Would definitely be back.
