   Def not as good as party last year . Last year the party host played party games before taking them down but this year the party host took them straight down and they had to stand and wait to get in to see the video as we arrived at 130 as told to . Had 10 and added 2 extra but hardly enough food for 12 even tho I asked did they tell kitchen there was 12 children now. All children were only able to get a handful of chips and some were saying they were still hungry after . Def not the same service we received for the party last year

   Staff were lovely and kids had a ball. Food was surprisingly nice and good portions. The only downside is having only 30 minutes for food and cake which was very rushed. 45 mins to an hour would have been far better so that kids aren't rushing the food into them and to leave time for cake too.

   Staff we fantastic, the kids absolutely loved it but after being moved to a different party room there wasn’t enough room. I had 2 kids standing outside the room eating their food as well as all the parents crowded outside the room and the 30 minutes we had to get all the kids fed wasn’t enough either. The food was all set on a table for me to serve out to the kids so that took time out of eating and we were being rushed out before we had sung happy birthday and cut the cake. They also didn’t call the kids in until the last moment so the first 5-10 mins we were supposed to be eating I was spending trying to get all the kids up for their food which also took time out of the party room. I had 17 kids and 17 adults plus myself and I specified to them on the phone that there would be 17 adults there asked could they give us more space for everyone to sit together. Instead they were all split up in 3 different areas and I spent my time going from group to group ensuring that everyone was okay and trying to not leave anyone out. I would definitely go back again for a party but I wouldn’t recommend having a party any bigger than 10 kids or there just won’t be space for everyone.

   Absolutely fantastic From the minute we walked in until we the left the staff were brilliant, very friendly and on top of everything. My Daughter had an amazing time and loved that all her friends had a great time too. We go there all the time and would highly recommend it for anyone having a party.

   I drove 45 mins to take my 2 teens and 2 toddlers only to be told that the teens couldn’t use the trampoline park whilst the toddlers used the play centre because they’re in separate buildings and the teens had to be supervised. This is not made clear on the website at all. In the end the teens went on mini golf and I took the toddlers to the nosiest, most dis-organised and chaotic play centre I’ve ever been to. The saving grace was the polite and kind staff who were very apologetic and helpful.

   We went on Sunday Morning for 'Quiet Air' with my little brother who suffered from autism. The staff were amazing even from check in and considerate. Special thanks to 'Ben' who little made my brothers day. He was so cheerful and helpful. Honestly he shocked us with how good he was. I hope he is appreciated for the work he does! Thank you to Ben and staff

   Had our son's 7th Birthday in here in the Trampoline/Ninja area and last year his 6th in the Softplay - on both occasions the staff were extremely helpful and professional and really couldn't have done anymore for us. In particular the woman Sharlene that hosted the party and helped with set up and getting the kids all ready and prepped for play was fantastic. She made the experience extra special and just has a great presence in terms of handling things professionally and and overall great attitude for that role. We had a no show for one of the children invited and we were instantly provided with a Free pass for future use to make up the fee. 10/10 would recommend and will most certainly be back again!

   Booked all 12 ten-pin bowling lanes for Glenavon FC Academy Fun Night. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. The facilities were really clean. The kids - aged 6 to 11 years old - had a fantastic time. Thank you.
