Me and my boyfriend attended a glass fusion workshop at the lovely Alison's studio and made 4 custom pieces each, im so excited to see them once they come out of the kiln! The day was so fun and relaxing and Alison is such a warm and caring person, she made us some delicious food and drinks and was more than happy to let us stay for extra time so we could finish our pieces as well as gave us recommendations for other arty things which I will definitely be checking out. I have been treated to one of the best days ever and I cannot recommend this place enough!”

“I visited the Gold Workshop today to have a ring valued for insurance; I was also able to have a second ring resized at the same time. The lady who dealt with me was simply lovely, she was very professional, efficient and knowledgable. I waited in the shop and both rings, and my valuation certificate were ready after about 40 minutes. Both had been polished and look absolutely beautiful! It was lovely to be able to see the guys working on my precious jewellery while I waited - everywhere else I’d tried wanted to send my rings away to a third party! Prices were exceptionally reasonable too. I can thoroughly recommend this place!”

“If you want something truly unique with great memories attached, Cahve delivers a 1st class service. After exploring several avenues, a friend recommended Cahve and I warmed to the team from the 1st response, friendly, personable, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable. When the designer (Sam) was referred to as a genius, I assumed this was a sales pitch, however, it soon became apparent that Sam is in fact an absolute genius. The 3-hour design appointment is a fabulous experience. I had firm ideas about what I wanted and when Sam added his own flare we created something outstanding, he listened, questioned, advised, suggested and effortlessly produced. They were so committed to sourcing the exact spec of diamonds I wanted, and they certainly delivered. After trying on the 3D resin sample, I made further tweaks and adjustments and Sam demonstrated true patience throughout, nothing was too much trouble, and he focused until it was perfect. He truly was as invested and excited as we were, which adds confidence when you are investing so much, both emotionally and financially. We have so many memories tied to our engagement and something we will always remember. Nothing was to much trouble and explained everything to a very high standard. She went the extra mile from coffees, ensuring parking reg confirmed to adding our dogs into the illustrations and also checked regularly if we were comfortable. On multiple times we changed our ideas and requirements and Marie happily supported us and changed everything with no trouble at all. “We were delighted with Emmie from the start. First we had a meeting to discuss what we wanted, we both had broken Russian Wedding Rings that we wanted to reuse somehow, it took alot of talking to come up with a workable plan, but Emmie gave us the time. The making day was great fun, Emmie put us at our ease, her instructions were clear. In the first half of the session we made practice rings out of copper, this meant when we came to cut, shape and solder our silver rings we were familiar with the equipment and processes, it also gave us a chance to check the sizing of the rings. We made our silver rings, then cut our Russian wedding rings and shaped them around the new rings, we decided to let Emmie do this bit of soldering as it was more technical and involved different types of solder as the rings are three colours of gold. We had a fantastic day making our rings and we are both very pleased with the result, Emmie is a fun, calm teacher, with good resources and great skills. Thank you”
