This is my second time purchasing jewellery from Bailey of Sheffield, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for something special for themselves or as a gift. Their communication is exceptional, and the staff are consistently helpful and accommodating. My recent purchases were deeply personal. After losing our mother, a family member and I chose to buy bracelets with caskets to hold her ashes. Twenty months later, when our father passed, we ordered another casket for his ashes. Both bracelets are worn every day and still look just as beautiful as the day we bought them.

Absolutely superb bracelets. Fabulous quality, my husband loves it. Beautifully constructed and pretty much indestructible! However, it should be treasured and looked after, because it is all that is quality about British craftsmanship, which makes me proud to be British. Customer service and packaging is excellent too.

Absolutely amazing company they care very much about the customers. I ordered a bracelet with 2 ashes charms. Not only did they ring me to offer me a better way having my engravings also saved me some money and when my bracelet came it was abit to big which was my mistake, baileys had no hesitation as to having the bracelet sent back and re sized at free of charge. Could not recommend this company enough for your memorial jewellery.
My bracelet arrived yesterday - bang on time according to the ETA provided by the courier company. I absolutely love it - the unique look and ruggedness are fantastic - just what I was looking for when I first started searching men's industrial jewellery that didn't have to be removed in the sea, shower and when doing extreme sports such as mountain biking. Asides the quality of the workmanship, the customer service was second-to-none. In a world of long waits on hold to access call centres, it was a pleasure to deal directly with Adele on all the finer details. I can honestly say that I have never had a better customer experience anywhere else.
I think the aforementioned reviews say it all. This company, Bailey of Sheffield, is truly exceptional. Exceptional not only in the unique product they offer but too with the bespoke free customer service that is integrated with it. Just imagine, you call their customer service telephone number and a human being takes the call, no queuing, no endless music, no time wasting. How rare is that? Nowadays. I purchased the Bailey “ fully loaded “ stainless steel bracelet some 8 months ago. I put it on, and never took it off …except, to add 2 more “ beads “, to it, this last week, Aug ‘22. The consultation with ( Scottie) one of the founders of the company was invaluable. I had asked for a special engraving of my country’s ( Bavaria ) flag, to be engraved onto the Bailey ID Bead. Not an easy request, as the Bavarian state flag is comprised of a pattern of ( Geometric Lozenges ). Despite this, it was immediately taken aboard, an engraving proof of a monochrome sample provided, and fitted to the bracelet and shipped back to me within days. The engraving itself provided FREE of charge. In addition to this bead, I also purchased a further bead, from their new “ Glow Bead “ Range. What a revelation and treat! In summary, for any man or woman out there, looking for something unique and exceptional, it is my opinion, that this bracelet, in all its different versions available, is unmatched by anything currently available on the world market. The engineering and design is mind boggling, the micro engineering involved in making this modern, unfussy, contemporary jewellery is a marvel. Personally, as a man, I don’t like, never have liked, gold or silver to wear. Steel, however, Bailey of Sheffield Stainless Steel is perfect for me. This bracelet sits comfortably when mixing in the highest circles and events of society, just as it does, competing in a Mud race or Triathlon.
