Popped in handed the jewellery and within 10 minutes handed back free of charge and look exactly as they were brand new! Definitely recommend and has lovely pieces of jewellery in there too!”

“We were visiting Christchurch for the day and my husband went into this jeweller. For two weeks, we've been into every jeweller we've seen, with no joy,while looking for a ring size adjuster,r as his wedding ring has become loose. He took his chance with this jewellers. Not only did they have the product, but the gentleman serving put it on the ring, and when asked the price, he was told there was no charge. It is a very kind gesture but also good to see good customer service, which a t times is so rare. We would highly recommend this shop.”

“I have just completed Jo’s Summer School. Four days of jewellery making with Jo’s expert guidance and superb teaching skills. Jo is so knowledgable, kind and generous in sharing her expertise and guidance. I had access to the whole studio and a wide range of equipment. I went to improve my soldering and sawing skills, but came away with three lovely pieces of jewellery including sandcast cufflinks for my husband. “We approached Louise to make our 18 carat gold wedding bands based on the strength of her experience and online designs. Louise guided us through the whole process really clearly, and helped us refine our ideas in an initial consultation. She then made test rings in silver to ensure we liked her execution of our ideas - which we did! The final versions in 18 carat gold blew us away - they were so much nicer (and, to our surprise, even better value) than similar ones we'd seen in high-end goldsmiths stores in nearby Winchester. Louise managed the whole process really quickly (about 3 weeks in all) and was amazingly communicative and accommodating throughout. We have already recommended her to others and will definitely be returning to Platina Jewellery for special jewellery gifts in future!”
