   Once again, I’m absolutely blown away by the outstanding service from the staff at Jeremy France today. This is now my third time dealing with them, and the level of service they provide is consistently on a completely different level. What really stands out is that it’s impossible to single out just one member of staff — they are all equally warm, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about what they do. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been knowledgeable and confident, and it really shows. They take the time to listen, explain things properly, and make sure you feel comfortable and well looked after. It’s a breath of fresh air to walk into a place where the staff clearly care about both their work and their customers. Nothing ever feels rushed. They go out of their way to be kind and helpful, and you leave feeling like you’ve been given proper customer service — the kind that’s hard to find these days.

   We bought our wedding rings from Jeremy France, and we love them! Petra was so knowledgeable and kind, she helped us find the perfect rings when neither of us had any idea what we wanted.    My partner and I popped in here to look at engagement rings after a less than ideal experience at another jewellers in town and I was blown away at our experience. We were helped immediately by Nicola, who was patient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable throughout.    We popped into Jeremy France Jewellers while in Winchester to finalise our wedding planning. We were made to welcome and as soon as we went in, trying a few different styles, having our fingers carefully measured and even having my engagement ring 'sparkled up' It felt very special and to add to that feeling we were offered a lovely glass of Hattingley Sparkling Wine to enjoy while choosing. We chose both rings and collected a few weeks later, the whole experience was great!

   Have the pleasure of getting served by Petra she was absolutely amazing all the staff was very warming made you feel comfortable I couldn't ask for better. The quality of the Ring was outstanding for the price I've never been happier as it was an engagement ring for my partner. The aftercare you get as well is outstanding for cleaning the ring making sure it's all good every 6 months.
