   I’ve attended several of the linocut workshops with friends. Rachel is a great teacher - helpful, supportive and encouraging. The class size is small so everyone has a chance to ask questions and time to complete the project. I was delighted with the daffodils and puffin I created, using templates provided by Rachel. Last week I was even more thrilled to complete the all day session where I created my own summer meadow from scratch. I don’t consider myself particularly arty, but Forest and Cove always manage to engage my creativity! Thank you for a great day.

   I was booked onto my very first in-house workshop earlier this month, but sadly I became very ill with a nasty virus which led to a chest infection, I called up a couple of days before to explain, the staff member could clearly hear how unwell I was, but they refused to allow me to move my class to another, I totally understand their policy of no refund unless I could re-sell my space, I was too ill to do this! But this was my first experience with them and I have to say it will be my last, I just couldn't believe how totally unhelpful and unwilling to allow any changes in extreme circumstances, they even seemed very happy for me to still come to the class potentially passing my virus to other attendees and me being extremely ill in the class, I know it's a small business but their attitude isn't good and I'll not be recommending them to anyone else. Not a good first impression!!! I'll book further afield with friendlier people. What a reply Forest & Cove! I wasn't rude or being a bully, I was seriously ill!!! I had to go to hospital and have been on antibiotics ever since. How dare you accuse a sick person of being a bully, totally libelous, disgusting from a so-called professional organisation! You even rang me on the morning of the class and said I was welcome to come! You obviously can't take any feedback other than glowing references, I was extremely disappointed that you wouldn't consider a change to a different class, yes under extreme circumstances!! I was not asking for a refund outright, I knew the policy, sorry you have no compassion or empathy! It was only £35 to you, but that is alot to me, and I wasn't asking the earth to change classes as a first time attendee, I am shocked that you are now trying to make out that I was a bully and rude when I was very ill, shame on you, you need to seriously have a good think about how you treat potential customers, you are being rude and with no compassion! I was polite and thanked the receptionist. I just am flabbergasted why you point blank refuse to make any changes in such extreme circumstances. Be very careful anyone else booking with this organisation, you have been warned ⚠️

   Had a great time today at the stained glass workshop making Christmas decorations. I had never done this before, and although it was very technical Carly was great at showing us what to do, encouraging us to be creative and helping us make decorations which I am really pleased with. Thank you so much, would definitely recommend!

   We had such a fantastic morning with Rebecca who was guiding us to make our own wedding rings. It was something we did not know existed in Romsey. I can highly recommend the ring making workshop, it was amazing and personal to be able to craft our own rings. Rebecca also re-sized my engagement ring for the perfect fit. It’s a beautiful business and I recommend you pop in to see them.

   I have know Rebecca for some time and know how good a jeweler she is. I had such an amazing experience working with her to create a necklace for my partner. It was such fun. The final result exceeded my already high expectations. Fantastic.
